I believe in giving chances and I gave them three. I will NEVER return. Extremely rude staff. They don’t want to converse with you, they don’t greet you when you come in, and they act like you are a problem instead of a good paying and good tipping customer.

Very disappointed in this nail salon. I tried them several times and was always disappointed. The older gentleman that works there did my pedicure in about 15 minutes. He barely touched my feet and the polish looked like a child had applied it. Not a «spa» experience by any definition. I won’t be back.

They took me right away for a repair of one nail. The manicurist was not friendly. The repair did not match the shape very well but it was acceptable. I paid and gave a 30% tip. When she was putting on the top coat I asked her to put some clear polish on my other thumb. She said NO. I only do one nail.

I love getting pedicures here. Go see Adam or his wife!!! He is so nice and does a great job!

I am so happy that I found Winn Nails in Prescott. The staff is extremely professional, their gel manicures last over two weeks, the facility is clean, and they are extremely friendly.

I cannot even give this business a «single» star… probably the worst salon that I have even entered… I wish I would have read the reviews prior to going… the elder man cleans the side of your nails with his thick, craggy, unclean nail, instead of using «a clean tool»… he «goops» on the gel fill material and doesn’t cover the entire nail… twists your fingers until they cry out in pain… beware asking for professionalism… the «husband» will begin berating you and tell you to get the «F» out of his salon and find someone else to do your nails… when you attempt to leave, he will follow you out cussing at you… then kick your vehicle… physically accost you… I would suggest «never» going to this business… ever… the pedicure was substandard… polish gooped on… cuticle trim repeated 4 times… these people are not about the «customer»… they are about doing substandard work and getting paid… terrible rotten horrible business…

I’m visiting from California and was looking for a place to get my nails done. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of work done on my nails! The people were very nice. It is reasonably priced and I would definitely recommend going to Winn Nails

Best pedicure I have ever had! I went here with my mom and my sister and we all enjoyed it so much. They took their time (lasted an hour) and the massage was amazing. We were very happy and will return often.

Really, really great pedicures, but what I go for is Tiffany’s nail designs. She’s absolutely fabulous in her art work. She’ll show you her portfolio of nail design she’s done so you can choose one or you can bring a picture in and she’ll replicate it. There are so many to look at on-​line. She’s quick, affordable, great sense of humor and a terrific artist. I learned about her from friends and she has quite a following here in Prescott.

The first time I went to this salon, I went in for a fill and my nails looked beautiful. The second time, not so much. The guy seemed very rushed and uninterested in what he was doing. Cut into my fingers more than once. Was watching the t.v. more than paying attention to what he was doing. I asked him for a pretty simple design and he heavily sighed and asked one of the girls to do it. After that, he left polish all over my fingers and around the cuticles. I had made an appt at 4 and they close at 6. So, not really sure why he was in such a rush, but won’t return here for a 33 dollar fill and bloody fingers.

Adequate but not great. My gel manicure was ok but done in a very rushed, quick manner. Pedicure was given more time and attention by a different technician. I could see that the pedicure tools had been sterilized, but the manicure tools did not come from a packet or sterilization machine. I won’t return.

Great place! Came from out of town and had a nice experience with my family! Nice people too! Recommend to locals

15 min pedicure $ 25 ??? My nails aren’t smooth and his massage was horrible. Never again! Over paid under delivered. I’m sure the women are much better

This place underwent a management change recently, from what I hear. Unfortunately, I think they are worse off now. New equipment and chairs are nice, but the service took a steep decline. I went for a basic pedi, and as usual the guy tried to get me to upgrade. I told him no, not this time. And from that time on, he stopped putting any effort into the pedicure. He barely exfoliated my feet, and I suspect purposely avoided exfoliating my heels. The pumice stone barely touched them. To be fair, my polish looks great. That’s why I gave two stars instead of one. And maybe my service would have been improved if I had opted to upgrade. But in my opinion, the quality of customer service shouldn’t depend on whether you spend $ 25 or $ 35. I don’t have plans to return.

First time here & it was my worst nail experience ever! Waste of time & money! Had an appointment & they did not start on me until 45 min later. I watched one of the nail techs go out & smoke & did not wash his hands upon returning & then he worked on a customer. Sorry, but that’s just gross. I felt very rushed & I was not satisfied with the quality of my mani pedi at all. The guy scheduling appointments seemed very disorganized & was overbooking. Customers were getting backed up & frustrated that they had to wait so long. This place was chaotic! Go somewhere else!!!

Been here several times, all with the same result… A great pedicure at a fair price. Everyone in the shop takes pride in their work.

I hate writing bad reviews. But unfortunately in this case I really feel I have to. I took a group of friends with me to this nail salon to get our nails done for an event that we were alattending. They fit us in which we appreciated. But the ladies that did some of our nails did not tell us there was up charges for things, they would simply ask things like «do you want your calluses removed?» and if you said yes, it was $ 5.00 to $ 10.00 more depending on the task. We don’t frequent nail salons so we would have no way of knowing these were up charges that they snuck into the session. In the end my friend had already paid and was surprised by her bill, so I started picking up on the up charges and started asking about the cost of each thing the tech would try and do.
We came in for a $ 38.00 mani-​pedi and left with a $ 65.00 bill. They were pushy about getting their money, my nails were still drying and I was asked to pay, when I couldn’t get my wallet because of my nails the nail tech dug in my purse and took my wallet out for me which I was very uncomfortable with, she opened my wallet and saw that I had cash (which was to pay a bill not for spending) and was determined to get a cash tip out of me.
I was still willing to let all of that go and leave a positive review because the nails did look very nice. Then the next day came and three of the other ladies who had come with me and my nails all started chipping and pealing off completely and looked horrible! We had been VERY careful with our nails and not done ANYTHING that would call for them to peal!
I ended up having to re-​do everyone’s nails right before the event myself. So the trip to the nail salon was a complete waste of time and a LOT of money.
Everyone’s experience with this salon may not be like this one, but I have to go by my personal experience and based on that we will not be returning to Winn Nail Spa anytime in the near future.

I go here regularly for pedicures, and had my nails done for my birthday. Wonderful place. The whole staff is so kind and friendly. My polish never flakes, and my acrylics lasted forever. What more can I say?

Sweet couple and did a great gel manicure and pedicure for me! Will come back for sure!

Just moved from CA where we had great nail salons. Winn was courteous, professional and gave a top-​notch pink & white gel manicure for a very reasonable price! Definitely a 5 star salon!
