Business Owner
David K. Wilhelmsen is one of the managing partners at Favour Moore & Wilhelmsen P.A. He joined the firm in 1981 where he has practiced continuously thereafter. His practice ranges over a broad spectrum of civil practice areas. And although his primary focus is providing legal services in Yavapai County he provides services for clients located throughout the United States and abroad.
Mr. Wilhelmsen is certified by the State Bar of Arizona in real estate law, however, that is but one of many areas in which he offers services. Approximately one-half his practice involves civil litigation, trials and appeals. The remaining half involves real estate transactions, probates, trusts and estates, and creating business entities such as corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships.
He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court of Arizona. He received his J.D. from Arizona State University in 1981.
