«I spent several years working at all levels in computer desktop support for large companies as well as many years in the retail & service industry. After seeing first-​hand how customer service was failing in many industries, I decided to do something about it. Thus, The PC M.D. was started.

Jody started her computer support career in 1997. She provided technical support to several large organizations in the San Diego area.

Jody has been a resident of Prescott Arizona since 2001. The PC M.D. was born in 2006 to provide computer support to the Quad City area. Jody is patient and specializes in assisting the Senior Community with Technology.
