SIRIUS Health & Wellness, LLC is a medical clinic with a Primary Care Provider who offers a private gym with a personal trainer and dietitian, who help you get healthy. The providers incorporate nutrition and exercise into your medical plan. The clinic offers a multitude of wellness programs that focus on Bone Health, Heart Health, Cancer Suvivorship, 12 week Get Fit and Get Healthy Program. The only medical office with a private gym. In addition to the above, we offer Primary Healthcare and accept most insurances.

SIRIUS Health & Wellness, LLC opened its doors March 1^st 2014. We began accepting insurance January 2015 and offer Primary Healthcare in addition to the wellness programs.

Debra Krupnick, MS, FNP is owner/​provider at SIRIUS Health & Wellness, LLC. Debra has been a practicing Family Nurse Practitioner for almost 20 years. Debra is very excited to open SIRIUS Health & Wellness and help patients focus on utilizing healthy nutritional choices and exercise into their medical plan. The clinic focuses on reducing the amount of prescription medications and instead incorporating diet and exercise into the plan. Debra has full prescribing privileges and incorporates prescription medications when needed if necessary. The clinic is overseen by Dr. Kurt Krupnick who specializes in Internal Medicine and is passionate about exercise, completing 2 Ironman Triathalon’s and over 5 marathons. The clinic has a personal trainer and private gym as well as two registered dietitians that are passionate to help people get fit and get healthy.
