The experience here for my son and his wisdom teeth was excellent. Dr. Rethman spent a great deal of time explaining the procedure, made my son feel safe about the experience, and the front office staff was polite and efficient. The facilities appear a little dated in the reception area, but the important part is all top notch. We went to another oral surgeon first and the evaluation experience was terrible so we had no interest in having them do the rest! They could not even figure out the insurance. Dr. Rethman’s staff had no trouble figuring it out.

Dr. Rethman really assuaged any jitters I had about my procedure by explaining everything thoroughly, so I knew exactly what to expect. He was also very honest in our initial consultation and advised against some unnecessary work that my dentist had recommended — saving me a lot of time, discomfort and money.
Dr. Rethman even called me personally on the evening of my procedure to see how I was doing and let me know what to expect over the next couple of days — Nice touch!
His office has a comfortable feel and his entire staff is friendly and down-​to-​earth. Oral surgery is never fun, but these guys make it as comfortable as possible.
Quick tip — Depending on your situation, you may be able to send the X-​rays that your dentist has on file before submitting to the full required pano.

Second time I’ve seen Dr. Rethman. Same great experience as my first visit. Not everyone is excited to go to the Dentist, I know I’m not but if you need a good oral surgeon, he is the one I would go see. My wife had the same great experience.
