These people are awful. They enjoy wasting your time. Avoid them if at all possible! I have a blomberg fridge and the water dispenser wasn’t working right. I called blomberg and they are going to fix it under warranty and said they would dispatch a repair company, and that someone from the repair company would call me in 24 – 48 hours to make an appointment. 3 days later no call from anyone so I called blomberg back, and they said we dispatched it to pruitts appliance 2 days ago, here’s their number, I don’t know why they haven’t called you yet we are so sorry. So I call pruitts and they say oh yes we have that dispatch, we set up an appointment 8 – 12 Monday. Monday morning I get a call and ‘oh the technician had surgery so we will need to reschedule’. Ok, so new appointment is Thursday 8 – 12. 11:30 on Thursday haven’t seen anyone yet so I give them a call to be sure they’re still coming. The girl says yes they’re still coming today but the job in chino is taking longer then expected. Now, if they have a job in chino before mine, why on earth would they tell me 8 – 12? How could they possibly be done in chino in time to be in Prescott before 10? And it sure would’ve been nice to get a phone call saying they were going to be late instead of leaving me to sit around all morning wasting my time. Anyways, the guy finally shows up at 1:30, looks at the fridge for less then 5 mins and says he will order the parts he needs and call me next week to make another appointment. 3 weeks later I call them to find out what’s going on, and they tell me they are having problems getting the parts, they called blomberg 3 times to order the parts and every time they told them that they would call them back with the part numbers but they never did. So I said goodbye to them and called blomberg, who said that they have no record of them ever calling in, but they will work it out. A few days latter pruitts calls me and they have the parts and schedule an appointment on Thursday, Noon-4. Thursday comes and 11a I get a call from pruitts and they reschedule me to Friday because somebody is getting a divorce and foreclosing their house and needs to be out today and other crap like that. So I say fine, Friday is fine, we agree they will come 1−2p. Friday he shows up at 11a and puts the parts in the fridge, before he leaves I notice that the control panel is sticking out and isn’t flush like the one it replaced, he pushes on it a little bit and says he can’t do anything about it because it’s only held in by clips so that’s all he can do… Anyways so after he leaves I’m looking at it and I notice that the reason it isn’t flush is there is a wire pinched behind it so, I, the customer, take it out move the wire and put it back in and now it’s flush like it’s supposed to be.
