After having 2 people recommend this office, my husband and I decided to go in for a consultation. I scheduled the appointment, gave our information and a new patient packet was sent to us through the mail. Included in the packet was our appointment time (1:45p) and date. We showed up 15 minutes early and had to wait, in the hallway, because the office was at lunch. Everyone was let into the waiting room and we handed in the new patient packet and had a seat.
After thirty minutes, I asked when we were going to be seen and was told that our ‘real’ appointment time wasn’t until 2:15 and that they have all new patients arrive 30 minutes early to fill out the new patient packet. The same paperwork that we filled out at home and turned in the second we walked into the waiting room. Other than presenting an insurance card, we had nothing else to do for 30 minutes except sweat to death in the extremely hot waiting room with 3 children under the age of 3.
Between having to show up early, the hot waiting room, and the outdated décor in the waiting room… we won’t be returning or referring any of our friends here.
