I would never use this company all because of the owners wife. She is a part of an online group that is constantly bullying people. She told a woman on the page to «die of cancer» and «drop dead» now, if my husband was running a business in a small town, I would imagine he would want me to act like a professional. Bad business advertisement.

I had PM remove my shower insert and vanity top and sink. The guy that came out to measure and estimate the work was excellent and took his time to understand exactly what I wanted done. The guy and son who did the demo and installation was excellent. He did a perfect job.
I also found precision marble’s customer service to be very good. I would recommend PM because of their quality of work and customer service.

It isn’t often I feel the need to write a negative review about a company but my hope is another unknowing consumer will read this and think twice about using Precision Marble.
My husband and I have a second home in Prescott and recently remodeled two bathrooms.
Our cabinet maker supplied Precision Marble with the «specs» for the vanity tops. Once the cabinets were in place and the first vanity top installed, it clearly did not fit. Not only that, I had requested NO backsplashes and the installer installed backsplashes which caused a mess for the tile-​setter who was installing subway tile on the wall. In the case of the first bathroom there was no way to fix this error using the original vanity Precision Marble created as clearly it did not cover the cabinet in the way it needed to. I called Precision Marble in hopes to speak to the owner but time and time again I was routed to a sale’s clerk. I waited a week to hear from the owner as I was told he was out of town and yet again, the time came and went and a sale’s clerk relayed all information and comments from the owner via the sale’s clerk. We do not live in Prescott and hence were not at the job site when the first vanity was installed. The installer had to see the vanity didn’t fit and yet left it as such. I asked if anyone ever measured the cabinet for starters. I asked if they used a template to which I was informed, by the sale’s clerk, that NO, they NEVER use a template. (note to self)
Our tile setter offered to install the second vanity top and even went so far as to tell Precision Marble he would pick it up from their shop as not to have anything else further screwed up. With his help and expertise, along with the cabinet maker, he was able to make the second vanity top fit. Again, back splashes were included and again, I was clear we did not want them. Thankfully our tile setter was aware and cared enough to handle the install minus the back splashes.
The «final answer» from the «owner» of Precision Marble, VIA HIS poor SALE’S CLERK, «We will remake the first vanity for a 20% discount. REALLY???
I guess there is no such thing as pride in workmanship when it comes to Precision Marble.
Future perspective customers: Proceed with caution and at your own risk when considering this company. I would have the vanities made elsewhere if we had it to do over again. NOT happy! Owner doesn’t seem to care.
