History

Established in 1995.

Network Automotive Service Centers Inc. opened for business at our Mesa location in August of 1995. It’s start up as a family owned and operated business had one stated objective; to serve our customers honestly, efficiently, and economically. Our customer base grew rapidly and in order to continue our efficient service, a second shop was opened in May of 1998 in Gilbert, Arizona.

In 2000, our third shop was opened in Apache Junction, Arizona, and in 2003, we opened a store in the cool pines of Prescott, Arizona. Our newest store opened in Queen Creek Arizona in September 2010.

We are extremely proud of the fact that we have a loyal customer base. Our customer base is 75% satisfied, repeat, long-​term customers. That says a lot in the industry of automotive repair. We will always go the extra mile for our customers whether it’s your first visit, or your 20th visit our facilities are here for you.

Andrew is the bomb! A Subaru Master Mechanic and knows his way around a vehicle. This is the only shop I’ve ever been to where they gave me a quote, but when I got there, the price was actually LESS! They have my business for the life of my Subaru.

Best mechanic in town. I am female and I went in with a bid from another mechanic and that was 1800 $ and he informed me that I was getting ripped off and that I didn’t need 3 out of 4 of the parts they said I needed and that they could do it for 1130! They are kind, helpful and did my diagnostic for free!

The work was done on schedule & at the agreed to price. However, a coolant leak was observed afterward. The shop fixed the additional problem at no labor charge even though it wasn’t due to anything they had done. I have since taken other work to them & will continue to do so.

We went to Network Automotive for a problem with our power steering. I found Network Automotive on Unilocal and went to them because of their ratings. Believe me, I agree completely with the previous ratings.
When I arrived at the store, we were going to be leaving town the afternoon of the next day. We were very concerned about time. They stayed late that night to troubleshoot and had it repaired by the next morning.
When we arrived with the vehicle, we met with Bryan, who was very happy to help us meet our needs. They were very honest about what the problem was and the price was very reasonable.

These guys are amazing! I needed a tow and a new battery for my BMW X3. Not only did they have the part in stock but they stayed late after hours to help me and wait for the tow truck. I cannot express how grateful I am. Brian and his team are fast, efficient, kind and straight forward. I will be bringing my car back for everything from now on and have already recommended them to friends. It’s difficult to find a good, honest and expedient automotive shop these days but Network Auto is precisely that.

We’ve taken our 3 cars here a few times, plus we’ve sent friends who needed fast diagnosis. The guys here have been honest in saying what WASN’T needed for our cars multiple times, also on occasion contradicting what other shops had said. For instance, for one of our three cars they indicated brake work didn’t yet need to be done, as pads and rotors were still OK. Another shop in Prescott had indicated they needed work now. With a friend whom we referred when his car was smoking, they did a fast diagnosis and quickly got him on the road, while specifically indicating what he didn’t need to have done. Prices for work are reasonable.
They’re building customer loyalty with my family and friends.

I will tell all of my friends and family about the friendly and honest service I received here this week. Being a female I have been «taken» by other repair shops by not knowing all there is to know about car repairs. I started at Discount Tire for a set of four tires badly needed. They were great and gave me a «discount» card for Network. I called and was able to get in right after my new tires were mounted for an alignment and oil change. When I arrived there, I was told that the oil change would have to be synthetic oil so I couldn’t use the $ 19.95 special. That was fine since I was used to paying about $ 40.00. They checked the car over and found the alignment was near perfect so I didn’t need it. They did find a small crack in a CV boot and suggested I contact my dealer to check my warranty for that repair. They gave me an estimate on that if I wanted them to do it for me at a later date and assured me it was not something that needed to be done immediately. I was so happy with the service and will be back for all of my automotive needs. Trust is everything.

I was off-​roading with friends in the mountains off Old Senator Hwy and a friend noticed that I had a major leak underneath my custom, 4×4 Ford van. While nervously driving back to town, hoping I’d make it, my friend went to Unilocal and looked up mechanics (I live in the Phoenix area) and Network Auto had 5 stars. Fortunately this all happened on a Saturday, not Sunday when everything is closed. I dropped the van off after chatting with the new manager, Keith. He was very nice and after talking about their positive reviews on Unilocal,he stressed how important honesty is in the auto mechanic industry. I felt comfortable with him. An hour later, he called and said that they were able to track down the aftermarket part in town and he had his doubts, and that my van would be ready in a few hours. Same day, on the spot service, and honest people. I would recommend this place.

You can’t go wrong here. I was at Toyota for service and was told I needed a water pump plus while I was at it I should replace the drive belt. 648.00 plus. This was at noon. I called network told them the situation and he said he could get it in and have it done by 5:00. $ 485.00. I drove it straight there. We have used them in the past for alignments and they are very honest. They will tell you the truth if you need it and no charge if you don’t. I have friends that have used them and they highly recommend them as well!

Network Automotive has become my «go to» auto repair shop over the past few years. I really appreciate how Jeff and his staff treat us as customers.
They make it easy to get our cars in for repair, and they give us honest feedback about options. We’ve definitely saved money following their common-​sense advice about repairs. I take my own, my daughter’s and my mom’s cars there. It’s always a good experience, and it’s always affordable.
