Courtyard Deli II

For the longest time I thought this place was called the Goodwin Street Deli. Whatever it’s called, it’s one of my favorite places to eat in Prescott. They just serve straight up good deli food. I have to admit that I haven’t tried most of the things on their menu because I’ve been stuck on the delicious tuna melt, which I recommend with swiss cheese on sourdough bread. I’ve had a taste of their club and was very happy with that as well. Along with traditional deli sandwiches they also have some more unique items with avocados, mandarin oranges, etc. If you want to eat-​in you can be served at one of their no-​frills, but very comfortable tables up front. I usually just take mine to go, and never have to wait more than a few minutes. For an extra little prize at the end, they have an enormous selection of micro-​brews and even give you a discount for taking a mixed 6-​pack! They also have a full selection of wine and spirits, but as you can probably tell, I’m more of a beer girl.
