We have taken our vehicles to Beal’s Auto Body over the years and have never been disappointed. The quality of work is second to none and the customer service is hands down the best I have ever experienced. The shop calls daily to provide updates so we know where our vehicle is in the repair process. I have never had such a great experience with auto body repairs and I highly recommend the shop for any and all body repairs. We drive from Phoenix to get our work done and will continue to do so since we trust the finished product exceeds our expectations. EXCELLENCE! In every area from initial point of contact (via phone call from accident scene where wife was rear-​ended northbound on I-​17), to drop off of towed vehicle to shop, with courtesy drive home from Ellie, to the status update calls, from bumper-​to-​bumper they went beyond to ensure not only was our vehicle (2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee) back to pre-​accident condition, but their excellence in customer relations exceeded our expectations! They are worthy! So worthy of these kudos! Job well done!

This place is Amazing! I left them my 14′ Dodge Dart for 6 days because someone decided to run their car down the driver side of mine when trying to park. The dealer ship (York Dodge prescott) where we bought the car recommended Beals, and for good reason.
I picked her up today and it’s like the incident never happened! The paint matches Perfectly! And they even detailed her, it was like I just pulled her off the showroom floor. Soo glad we chose Beals, I would recommend them to anyone looking to get the job done right! Their staff is so friendly and helpful, I couldn’t thank them enough for giving our baby back in one peice!

This is a first rate, top notch establishment. When my Technoviolet Metallic (purple) BMW M3 was sandwiched between 2 cars, I was absolutely devastated, as I expected some of the damage to be irreparable. I filed a claim through my insurance carrier (State Farm) and Beal’s was at the top of State Farm’s preferred repair facility list. A short time later, I drove in for an estimate and was immediately impressed. The entire property is clean, maintained and welcoming; highly indicative of a top quality business.
It should be noted that I am a member of the BMW CCA (Car Club of America) and have owned 5 BMWs among other sports cars. I am very particular with my cars and trust very few individuals and businesses with them. I had absolutely no reservations about trusting Beal’s with my beloved M3.
Fewer than 1,200 BMWs were imported to the US in my unique color, but this was absolutely no problem for Beal’s. When I picked up my car after it was repaired, which was 100% on schedule and done right the first time, I was immediately impressed. The car had been given a nice wash and it was clear to me that the repairs were performed to a high standard. No corners were cut, no improper paintwork prep, no cheap, ill-​fitting aftermarket parts. You cannot discern where any damage was on my M3 and the paintwork matching and blending is stunning. No orange peal either.
There isn’t much else to say. Excellent job and thank you Beal’s! I would not hesitate to recommend this establishment to any of my fellow BMW CCA club members, or anyone else with a car they value.

Regular updates on progress, on time and on budget with outstanding results! If I need repair done again I will be back!

Best service… anywhere.
I have lived in a big city for most of my life. Never have I been treated with such respect as when I used Beal’s. I have used their services three times now and they have no competition in my eyes.
Bryan is outstanding in the way he speaks to you. He compliments you without complimenting you. He listens, he follows through, he’s an all star!
Oh yeah, the work is of the highest order. By far the best auto body shop I have ever used.

Our poor three-​year-​old car looked terrible — it had gotten dinged, banged, crunched and keyed, and had suffered a very bad ding repair in the past. The dealer quoted more than we could pay to fix it up.
We next headed over to Beal’s Auto Body and Paint to get an estimate. Hooray — Beal’s quote was FAR less than the earlier one, and included a bit more work. We kissed our car goodbye and left it in Beal’s hands for four days.
And the results? Beal’s body work and paint job were outstanding! We were thrilled with the care they took with our car, and with the careful explanation of charges and work performed. Our car came out looking as though it had just rolled off the new car lot. The paint match was perfect and the bodywork was flawless. Plus, our car had been washed and detailed beautifully.
Last but not least, the Beals’s staff, including Tara Conn, could not have been nicer or easier to deal with. Our conclusion: Beal’s is a local Prescott business that does excellent work, charges honest prices and deals pleasantly with its customers. Highly, highly recommended.

Beal’s repaired my Nissan Murano which was rear-​ended recently.
The good:
— They repaired the vehicle ahead of schedule.
— Mechanically everything seems to be fine.
The OK:
— The painting they did has no runs or other obvious flaws. The gloss is good but doesn’t match the rest of the car.
The bad:
— They did a poor job of controlling over spray. They cleaned it off the glass, but the car is not smooth to the touch. It has a light dusting of paint from the repair effort pretty much all over the car.
— During the detailing of the car someone used a dirty rag to clean the plastic of the information center display. With direct sunlight on it, the displayed information is behind a fog of smears and light scratches.
My impression is that they would try to make me happy if I took the car back for more detailing. I don’t plan to do so, because I don’t think this aspect of their work is where they excel and they might do more damage in the effort.
I hope I don’t need this kind of work any time soon, but I will try somewhere else if I do.
