I just wanted to give a shout out to Dr Lampe in the ER. His bedside manner is amazing. He’s one of those rare Drs who, I think, truly cares about his patients and doesn’t treat you like you’re just a bed number. Most Drs only come by to update you or ask you a medical question and run off. This guy will poke his head in simply to ask «how are you» «can I get you anything» «are you comfortable?». He doesn’t seem jaded like so many Drs and I hope he knows that’s a very much appreciated quality that’s not seen a lot from a patients perspective.
The rest of the staff, nurse Neal, patient tech Steven, and the guy in radiology (I want to say Patrick) and my respiratory therapist were all top notch. I dread ever having to go to the ER but these guys made it a great experience.

Don’t take your babies here if you can help it. The gave my infant an x Ray and treated her like a rag doll. Didn’t even cover her organs properly. The PA didn’t even listen to her lungs. I drive to Phoenix if I can help it.

This place is a hidden gem. One of the most respected heart surgeons in the world, Dr. Tibi, performed a triple bypass on my dad. We waited over a week specifically for Dr. Tibi, and well worth it.
Additionally, all the nurses/​assistants took excellent care of my dad while he anxiously awaited his surgery, even keeping a smile on his face. They communicated throughout the procedure, and the recovery nurse, Cathy, was incredible.
We are from Phoenix and would not go anywhere else in the State for heart surgery than Yavapi with Dr. Tibi and the hospital staff.

EXCELLENCE! In every area from initial point of contact (via curbside ER check in as well as via ambulance), to all staff members (RNs, MDs, staff, volunteers) who were involved with our care during different ER visits to both the Prescott and Prescott Valley locations. We also want to thank Mayer (?) EMTs for their quick response and dedication to ensuring husband’s trip to ER went smoothly with care and concern by all.
They are worthy! So worthy of these kudos! Job well done!

I suffer from chronic kidney stones and have been to every hospital between Prescott AZ and Orange County Ca and YRMC is by far the BEST! The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. I was at a level 10 pain and they still managed to make me smile! A HUGE thank you to Cathy and Nate for their kind services today. Even though they were busy they still answered every call I made. The hospital is VERY clean and neat. I truly appreciate the staff here as well as the amazing EMT’s who took care of me first. It’s refreshing to see people who truly love their job!

Absolutely wonderful staff and doctors. I went into the ER and was seen right away. They are extremely efficient and keep a very clean facility.

I had a medical emergency and ended up in the ER last summer. The staff is so kind and they really go out of their way to make sure the patients feel comfortable.

Awesome place. Compassionate care. If one is sick this is the place to go. But only the one on PV. Stay away from the one in Prescott

went to the ER to see my friend who had an emergency, nurses and the rest of the staffs we’re all very nice and friendly. they really make you feel at ease. keep it up you guys!
