Business Owner

For over twenty nine years I have been licensed as either an agent or broker, fourteen of those were in the trenches writing and closing transactions, training realtors under my broker’s license and specializing in property management. The balance of the time has been spent in real estate related fields always keeping in tune with industry changes.

I taught the pre-​licensing course at Yavapai Community College for several years before starting my own school, Winn School of Real Estate, in May of 2010.
