We accept aftermarket extended warranty policies. Free estimates provided for any insurance or warranty service.

History

Established in 1994.

We are a family owned and operated business for over 20 years and have over 30 years of RV repair experience. Quality Service at the lowest possible price to you is our goal! We have the largest RV appliance parts inventory in the Northern Arizona area.

We strive to make sure you leave our business happy and satisified. If you don’t need a part or a service, we won’t sell it to you. We don’t believe in selling something unjustly. If we can troubleshoot and/​or fix your problem over the phone, via email or in person without it costing you anything, we gladly will and often do.

JD and Rachel C.

Business Owner

A family business owned and operated by a husband and wife team.

JD has grown up in the RV Service business, raised in Yuma, Arizona. He provides a wealth of knowledge and experience when providing customers with service and repairs. All the major appliance manufacturers certify him as a warranty technician, which means the manufacturers trust him to do quality and timely service. JD took the business over from his father in 2002. He does all the service and repairs himself. JD strives to give customers service that is correct, timely, and reasonable. Rachel runs things inside the shop. She joined her husband, JD, in the shop in 2002. Rachel helps customers with their needs and orders any parts or accessories required. She makes the service appointments and answers questions you may have concerning parts, accessories, service, and troubleshoots customer’s issues almost as good as her husband! Rachel and JD have 4 grown children. They are avid Mopar fans. JD races a 65 Coronet.
