I have no complaints with dr. Ham, but his office staff has a lot to be desired. If your time isn’t important, then by all means, schedule your appointment. Be prepared to wait at least 1.5 hrs. to be seen. Time is money, I believe, but at his office, your time is worth squat. He is way overbooked, to obviously maximize his time allotted per patient, nevermind yours spent waiting, and waiting and waiting… Too bad. There are other doctors. See ya !
