Home Inspection & Commercial Inspection. A thorough evaluation of your property followed with a report and opinion covering concerns and issues with a focus on safety and major costs. My report is computer generated with photos of problems and concerns. These are rated as acceptable, marginal or defective. With this rating system and the photos it is easy to determine your priorities and major issues related to a property you may be buying or selling.

History

Established in 2009.

In 2008 the bottom fell out of the economy. As a back up plan to my 14 years of experience at a major Building Systems Manufacturer I decided to get my license for Home Inspection in Wisconsin. With an entreprenerial spirit I’ve worked hard to market my self as someone who wantsto be sure that your investment is safe and that you are aware of the condition of the investment your about to make. I have worked as a Quality Manager, an Engineering Manager and a Customer Service Manager. In all these positions my focus has always been the customers needs. A philosophy I will emphasize with the Inspections I conduct.
