I have been selling Promotional Merchandise for over 19 years. After my husband got sick in Feb. 2009 I gave up my ownership in R Promotions to take care of him. My girlfriend and I decide to start Joel Sales Company — Joni (jo) Elaine (el) we wanted to be able to offer our clients not just one service we wanted to be able to provide them what ever they needed. Since, I am Native American we are submitting our application for Minority Status.
