Chris with Buckeye Chem-​Dry was so nice, professional and responsive! We did not end up booking a cleaning (due to our own personal scheduling conflicts) but as I made tons of calls to try and find an extremely last minute appointment for an entire home cleaning BEFORE CHRISTMAS Chris was so helpful, kind and flexible! I will absolutely be starting with Buckeye Chem Dry next time we are ready to have our carpets cleaned =)

We have used this company a few times and have always been very pleased with the results. Their customer service is second to none. They said 10am, not some 4 hr time frame, and arrived right on time! The tech was very personable and knowledgable. He has also been with the company for 5 years which is something that they should be proud of.

I was pleasantly surprised that they were willing to travel to the east side to clean my carpets. I had my whole house cleaned in the matter of a couple of hours. Chris came out and was very patient while I moved the furniture around so he could clean all the areas. he was willing to help move some of the pieces also. This is by far the best cleaning process you could use in your home performed by one of the best people and companies to provide it.

I have an older cat that had an accident in a few places on the carpeting & I was not having any luck with any of the products at the pet stores. So by chance I called and was told they have a special product to kill the bacteria and smell/​stain from my cat. I was skepticle but went ahead and scheduled it anyway. The tech was professional and explained to me what they use to kill the odor. Its been 3 days and absolutly no smell in the carpet & I am happy. I would use them again to clean the carpet and God forbid any animal accidents
