Kathleen Paterno founded this organization to offer learning opportunities to individuals, couples and groups who desire greater self-​knowledge and desire positive change.

Business Owner

Kathleen is a 1997 graduate of the CTP (Coach Training Program) at Coach U. She is a 2010 graduate of the Enneagram Institute’s Insight Approach, an extensive and in-​depth training program. This training provides a full spectrum exploration of the Enneagram and all of its elements, psychological and spiritual. It is Kathleen’s belief that the Enneagram is gaining unprecedented attention worldwide because of the great planetary and human need for healing, and that this healing can advance when people become more self-​aware and have greater understanding of others. After more than 15 years of study, Kathleen says, «I love the learning and sharing process that happens on a daily basis. When we give attention to the journey of our own souls, we discover treasures all along the way.»
