Looking for a new computer? Anthony Lawshee from AIOCR is your man!
I was on the hunt for a high-​quality, refurbished Macbook Air for my 11-​year-​old daughter. I let Anthony know what I was hoping to find, and within hours he had sourced a few different computers within our price range. Impressive!
He provided exquisite customer service throughout the entire process:
— While the hubby and I were discussing which computer we wanted, Anthony followed up with us to see how close we were to making a decision.
— After making our decision on the computer, he double-​checked to ensure the device we wanted was still available.
— He made the payment process as painless as possible for us, especially since there were more hoops to jump through because we are out-​of-​towners.
— He followed up via a personal phone call to let us know when our computer was on the way. (Impressive!)
— He kept us in the loop with our tracking numbers and followed up after delivery of the computer.
— We had one minor issue with our outlets and the charger, which turned out to not be his problem. Regardless, he shipped a new computer charger to us, which arrived the very next day!
I can only say that my experience was so positive with him. It’s always been a nightmare whenever I’ve shopped for a refurbished computer, that I spent far too much buying one from the Apple store «just in case.» Now, I have a source with AIOCR.
