About 7 years ago I started using Zerorez myself. I was amazed the first time they cleaned my carpet. It looked bright and felt so soft. Even with the carpet protectant it was soft and fluffy. It smelled fresh and looked clean. The next time they came I had them do my tile. My bathroom grout was full of sticky hair spray and they were able to clean it all out. I didn’t realize how light my grout color actually was. My husband and I were looking to buy into a business and were so impressed with the quality of this product we purchased the Bay Area franchise. About three years ago we merged our business with the San Diego owners and we are running both areas together. I was a believer in the Zerorez system before I became an owner. I love having the truck at my house because I know my carpet, tile and upholstery is clean and sanitized and it stays clean a long, long time. Zerorez truly is the right way to clean.

I was on the 15⁄78 interchange today and saw one of these vans. Just based on their driving, I would not hire these people. I realize that you might be late for your job but it isn’t worth an accident. (Plate ends in 177). You lost my business!

Great customer service from the rep who took my call and scheduled my appt (very quick turn around), to the techs working on my home. They showed me how dirty my stairs were but were not pushy to add services. They were very conscientious and courteous about my home and furniture as well as very polite and professional. I would highly recommend them! I also have severe allergies so no chemicals to clean was important to me.

The two workers who came to our house were friendly, professional, and efficient. We were very happy with the furniture upholstery service. I cannot recommend the carpet cleaning service as I have not tried it. I prefer dry cleaning.

We had just had our carpets cleaned a few months ago by a standard-​style cleaner. This left us disappointed as dirt smudges began to accumulate almost immediately on the carpet. High traffic areas became embarrassing! So … we responded to the Zerorez radio ads! The service was prompt and professional — they even came on short notice so my carpet looked great for our holiday party! We couldn’t be happier!

Great company! I had the pleasure of Jamie coming out to clean the carpets. Just like the commercials say. The carpet is clean. It smells amazing. Zero crunchy carpet feel after. Zerorez! Jamie was professional and took the time to make sure nothing would be damaged while he was moving the hose all the way to the third floor. And gave me a fist full of booties when he left so that I could walk around on the carpet without one tracking anything back on it while wet and two keeping my socks nice and dry. The carpet was dry by the next morning and looks and feels amazing.

Lots of good communication! Great cleaning. Kick ass!
We didn’t realize how filthy our carpet was from 14 years of use. Once we moved out we saw how gross the traffic patterns were compared to how clean it was under our couch and beds. Zerorez came in and dominated the dirt and stains, even put in some extra muscle and deleted an old nasty wax spill stain. Our new tenant thought we put new carpet in! #GetStoked on Zerorez! Will definitely use these cool cats again. Oh! And the price was right too!

I use Zerorez every 18 months for my carpet. I had my carpet and upholstery cleaned 2 weeks ago and, as usual, they did an outstanding job. I had a few spots from my errant cat, and the technician was able to make it look and smell like new. I’ve never had my upholstery cleaned before. Now I wonder why I waited so long. I didn’t think it could look so good. Thanks, Zerorez, for a great job and very professional and polite technicians.

Please advise your drives (licenses plate ends in G1) not to tailgate other drivers and not to pass and then «brake check». Also this driver might need remedial training on how to use signals and how to read speed limit signs. This took place on the Coronado bridge 5 October 2015.

Our rental house has old carpet that was cleaned prior to moving in. We had zerorez come in about 6 weeks ago to clean the carpets which were very dirty from our two dogs. Making the reservation was simple and the operator gave us a four hour window. I learned that the three room deal that I wished to use counts a room as 10’x10’ so she adjusted the cost upward on the phone.
They called about 15 minutes prior to arrival and the two men were very nice and efficient. They set up corner protectors for the walls, used shoe covers and both worked in different rooms which they finished quickly. It dried quickly in the heat too. The spots have stayed gone, even some major spots that came back after the other company cleaned them. The employees were not shady at all and I did not have any worries about having them in the house. I will use them again.

My carpet wasn’t in too bad a shape — there was a some tracking and a few minor stains, however, it had been a year and a half, since it had been cleaned and it was certainly time. My land lady told us that she used Zerorez before we moved in and was very pleased, so why pass up an excellent recommendation, right?
The person who came, Tony, was professionally dressed in a uniform. He had called about 30 minutes prior to let me know he was on the way. He arrived on time and was very friendly. We walked the floors so I could show him my main concerns. Tony worked very quickly and the carpet is phenomenal looking! Like brand new. Smells fresh and is not sticky.
I definitely recommend Zerorez. I plan to have come out to clean our ceramic tile next.

My carpets have never been so clean. I have had them professionally cleaned before and have used a home carpet shampooer. They were advertising a special on a radio station and a friend had said they use a different process that works really well. It seemed in the past my carpets get dirty so quickly after cleaning. Its the soap left behind. The guys were efficient and nice. they care out quickly after I had called. They were careful with my things and protecting walls etc.
The carpet feels amazing on bare feet. It looks so clean I could not believe it.

My carpets look awsome! I was worried cause my carpets had some dark stains; food and dirt.
The guys actually were able to come earlier, and it worked with my schedule! Very nice men, professional looking came right on time. I told him my rooms were bigger than 10×10 (max size they consider 1 room) and that if my living room and dining room counted as 3 rooms, that was fine. (Cause I had scheduled for my bedroom to be cleaned as well) he said it would be fine and so he did my master bedroom hallway living room and dining room all for the quoted price. there was two men it didn’t take much longer than an hour and my carpet has no stains. I was surprised at how fast they were done. I
They did give me a tip to bring out any fans and open up all the windows and doors to speed up the drying process this definitely helped.
I will be using them again in the future

very disappointed … I was told by a friend that zerorez was great. They had a sat appt but a 4 hr window. which is long on a sat… ugh
I called back and then poof all my info wasn’t there… so I hung up sadly and called stanley steamer which was kind and helpful and will be here sat between 9−11− zerorez I tried to give you a shot, your representatives didn’t seem to care if I made an appt or not… bummer…
