History

Established in 2011.

The Callan Course™ was founded with the goal of revitalizing a classic leadership paradigm and re-​envisioning that classic paradigm in the context of modern society and organizations. The Callan Course was developed by Paul Callan who is a retired US Marine Corps Colonel with nearly 30 years of experience leading large and dynamic organizations in the military and private sectors.

Business Owner

Paul Callan is the sole creator of The Callan Course™ and is the primary facilitator, coach, and mentor for all Callan Course events and material. All course material is based on the experiences, expertise, and life journey of Mr. Callan. With nearly 30 years in the Marine Corps and executive experience in the private sector, Mr. Callan has extensive experience leading people and transforming organizations into champions and models of excellence.

Paul’s passions are leading, mentoring, and coaching. His purpose is to teach people to become greater leaders and to teach organizations how to create the ethos, culture, and alignment for sustained excellence. His goal is to help people and organizations better understand the challenging, life-​long, but essential journey to becoming an authentic, resonant, and significant leader.
