Best nail salon I’ve ever been too. Normally, I go to Lily, but occasionally if she’s unavailable, Holly is also Amazing! These ladies always make sure that you’re comfortable & that you love what you’re paying for!

Not only where they open on Memorial Day they were able to take me as a walk-​in after calling 5 minutes before! I had a picture from Pinterest and was thinking it would be impossible to mimic… but then there was Lily! She was amazing and told me she would do her best to do what I wanted… she succeeded, even better then I could have imagined! Star nails has absolutely won my heart over

Lily did so good on my nails and toes! She did a pineapple design no questions asked! It looks even better than the photo I showed her! Very professional and clean place! I will definitely be back here! Ask for Lily she does great design work!

I have been coming to Star Nails for almost 5 years now. I originally came in for my 1st set of nails for my daughter’s wedding. And my 2nd pedi (my 1st was another place). I have been coming here every 3 weeks since. Holly rocks my nails everytime and Henry is great for my pedis. I am a checker (cashier) and have been complimented numerous times by customers and coworkers how beautiful my nails are. I WON’T go anywhere else!!! I COMPLETELY recommend Star Nails for your mani pedis!!!

I went in without an appointment and they were able to take me right away. It wasn’t busy at all which was nice. The salon was a little cold so Harry, my nail tech, turned on the heater at my station. So sweet!
Harry was great. He was very detailed and made sure my nails looked their best. Fast, friendly service and my nails look awesome.
On a side note, the place is a little shabby. It definitely needs a little updating. But don’t let that deter you, it’s clean and tidy.

Holly did an amazing job. This was my first time coming here after seeing their Unilocal reviews. I had been searching for a technician who could do the coffin shape and the ombré look as I really wanted these for my wedding day, after many failed attempts at other nail salons, I am so happy I came here! Holly literally ‘Nailed’ it and she took so much time to make sure each nail was perfect! This will definitely be my new nail salon! Thank you Holly and Star nails!

Holly and the team at star always do phenomenal. I work In Finance and people constantly compliment my nails and stop me to take pictures. They are so affordable and hands down the best place to get gel acrylic or even waxing!

I live in Vista, but I happen to work in Poway. I came here after work to have my eyebrows done. Not only did they do an excellent job on my eyebrows, but they were attentive, and have great costumer service. I’m definitely coming back.

I have been going to Star Nails for about 2.5 years now and I must say I am a complete fan, probably their biggest fan! 90% of the time, Lele does my nails and she does a fantastic job each set. I can show her a crazy design that I have seen on Instagram or google and she does her best to replicate it, and at times does a better job than what is shown in the picture. Holly, the manager of the shop is very friendly and always does her best to accommodate my needs when I’m there and everyone in the shop always greets me by name, which makes me feel very welcomed. I haven’t had any issues with the employees in terms of human to human treatment, they are very fair. I have also received a few pedicures, and these ladies do not disappoint! If you are looking for quality service and reasonable pricing, Star Nails is the place to go.

So, I’ve been going to Star Nails for a few years now & I can’t see bringing my business elsewhere, any time soon. This place is GREAT! Lily does my nails every time I go, & I must say, I’m VERY picky about the way I like my nails but she never fails me! The entire staff is great, and very friendly. If you’re looking to get your nails done, I HIGHLY suggest you take yourself over to Star Nails!

I had come here a few times in the past but decided it was out of my way. A few months ago I was passing through and stopped in. I am so happy I did! Lily is the best! I have had some bad experiences in the past with manicurist doing bad job because they’re in a hurry or just not careful with their work. Lily always gives her complete attention. She is precise and efficient. She always goes above and beyond to make sure I am happy with my nails. The entire staff at the salon are all very nice and friendly. Judging from the amount of regular customers they service every time I am there, it’s obvious I am not the only one who thinks they are the best!

I’ve been driving from vista to Star Nails for 7 years. I would never go anywhere else. They are so nice and friendly and always know who I am. Theresa does my nails but I know that everyone in there can do a great job. Their pedicures are amazing as well and so is the waxing. Everything is very reasonably priced. I’ve been going to Star Nails for 12+ years and can’t say enough good things about them. Holly and Teresa are my usual requested gals, but all of the nail technicians are great. The staff at Star Nails are friendly, funny, kind and respectful. I’ve always been pleased with the outcome of their work. I make an appointment every time, which helps if they are busy. Teresa has been known to walk me out to my car and help me with my seat belt if my nails are still drying. The sweetest!

I’ve been coming here for almost two years and I love it. I’ve tried other places (if this place was busy and when my nail tech was on maternity leave), but nobody else compares.
They know me and my kids by name. They welcome us all, and it feels incredibly comfortable. New pedicure chairs and furniture. Talented and patient staff.
Lily is my manicure tech and she rocks! Her skill is consistent and creative. I love her!
Give them a try! I recommend the gel polish!
