Place has terrible customer service for a national chain. Walked in twice now with my sons and ended up leaving. Wait is too long and always seemed unorganized.

Really only went because I had a coupon for a free haircut. Got the MVP which is pretty nice but at a normal price of $ 25 just is not worth it. Not really the greatest hair cut either. I can do it better myself. I also felt like they were just trying to sell me on upgrades or products. Not necessarily pushy about it but just constant.

Started coming after Rancho Bernardo closed. Great stylists. Busy nut worth the wait.

Took my two sons and husbands for haircuts. We had free mvp cut coupons. We had to tell/show them what to do. We brought in pictures of cuts for the boys. My husband is military and has a buzz cut. The gal asked him if he wanted her to use scissors or a razor. The wait time was over an hour both times for ~5−7 people because there were only 2 employees there. I will pay to go to the barber shop near LA Fitness or Floaties from now on.

The people that work here need a class on customer service and how to be polite. They can’t even make eye contact with their potential customers. Not even a simple hello, just«sign in and have a seat.» Very disappointing and certainly not living up to the other Sport Clips that I have been to.
