Max Morrison – State Farm Insurance Agent

I think the people here have good intentions, but the place is incredibly disorganized. If you call during business hours you have around a 1 in 3 chance of someone answering. Voicemails get called back about 1 in 5 from my experience. When my wife and I signed up, our plan had the date I was first licensed four years too late. I didn’t find out for over a year that my premium had been inflated because they thought I was a newer driver. State Farm acknowledged the problem in February but I didn’t get a refund check until May, and that was with me calling and emailing every couple of days to push things along.
As other reviewers have stated, they send an incredible amount of junk mail. From the times I’ve checked, the mail seems to reiterate your policy details up to three times a week. We had an issue where the card we used for auto-​pay was declined and the warning letter looked like every other junk mail, so I didn’t bother to open it. They did warn me, so I suppose this was my mistake, but it seems understandable that you might miss a mail when you get so much junk from the same place. We ultimately found out when our policy was canceled a couple weeks later. As usual, no one picked up the phone when I called to fix things. This happened on a Friday and the ²⁴⁄₇ call center instructed me to go without insurance for the weekend and call back on Monday. I’m happily insured elsewhere now.

First and foremost Lindsay Moore is awesome! I’m 19 and as many of you know finding auto insurance for a teenager is almost impossible! I’ve tried getting quotes from at least 9 different Insurance Companies and seriously no way I can afford $ 400 – 600 a month and none of them was willing to offer me other options! But Max Morrison’s State Farm made it all possible for me to get the best quote and with in my budget; actually Lindsay made that possible for me! When you walk in Lindsay is the first person you see and she’s absolutely amazing, super duper sweet! Lindsay worked with me, worked to get me the best policy and had all the patience for all my little request! And for a being a newbie she couldn’t have explained everything to me as well as she did! She really does make you feel like Insurance is the last of your worries! I DEFINITELY recommend Max Morrison’s State Farm to anyone new looking for Insurance, or for anyone looking for Insurance for their teenagers! Ask for Lindsay and you would feel a huge sigh of relief and you’ll walk out with what you came looking for! Woohoo!

I normally just review restaurants on Unilocal but I had a great experience with Max from State Farm. I was in a car accident (no injuries) and instead of the usual insurance run around all I had to do was call in and Max answered. After 5 minute conversation he said «I will take care of it» and the rest of the process was HIM updating ME on what was going on not the other way around. It was great to have that since I am too busy to chase down an insurance company for payment.
