Get Air Trampoline Park

Just had an amazing time with my kids on this place! Awesome jumping place for the energetic little ones. I only gave 4 stars because I thought could be a little cheaper… other than that… AMAZING!

Unsupervised mayhem. I’m shocked that no one was seriously injured during our time here. My girls couldn’t do certain areas because kids weren’t taking turns. They still had fun but as the one shelling out the $$ for our time here I wasn’t impressed and became frustrated with the ultra laid back staff.

I came back to Get Air today, and while my rating remains the same, I had to share a couple suggestions/​tips for visitors and the staff:
1) There are no changing tables in the 1^st floor women’s bathroom. The facility is always flooded with young children and toddlers; changing tables are a MUST.
2) There are no trashcans in EITHER downstairs or upstairs bathrooms. I had to go looking for one with a dirty diaper in hand.
3) Lastly, there are also no paper towels. While I support green-​friendly air drying, it is really considerate to have paper towels available in the upstairs family bathroom, especially since most families attending Get Air have babies and young children.
The rest of the facility and the service is fine, but there is still room for improvement. I hope that management will add changing tables, paper towels and trashcans in their bathrooms.

The staff at the front desk was friendly enough, but that’s all the customer interaction there seems to be. No one patrolling the courts to monitor the jumpers, so when a guy landed on his neck tonight, his friend and I were the only ones helping him.
There was a very thick smell near the foam pit area, something akin to feet and concentrated air freshener. Juuuuust a little strong for my nose.
No food aside from vended drinks, which is unfortunate, the smell of fried food would be a welcome alternative to the other one.
We had to referee our own dodgeball game with a group of strangers, and the balls were nearly unusable. They come in different sizes and most of them have the structural integrity of a partially deflated balloon; all the wrist-​flicking in the world won’t make those things fly further than a short distance.
Everything above isn’t that big of a deal, to be honest, but one thing really bothered me. The safety pads in between trampolines are very thin and offer little to no protection from the metal bars underneath them. I landed on a pad just once and my foot was aching the rest of the night, if I fell on something else I’d be screwed. Further, there were exposed metal edges around the bases of some of the carpeted platforms where the padding was warped.
Despite all this, I did sign the safety waiver, so why would they need staff on the courts to enforce the rules or provide first aid? It’s a genius business model, really. So much money saved on labor, well done.

While the park was nice and big had a lot to do. I am concerned with the sanitary conditions of this place. I bought their special socks for 2.75 they require «everyone» to wear which is good and fine. However 10 minutes into jumping not only did I realize that not only were people not wearing these socks but there were many people not even wearing any socks at all. This is the perfect way to pass on not only fungus but athletes foot or even ring worm to many people on many different areas of the body. Being a medical professional myself the lack of concern for people’s health is very concerning to me and I most probably will not be back again! When I addressed this issue with the manager she just said well we don’t have enough socks for everyone and if u have a problem with it there are other jump parks. So yeah we definitely will not be back and I will make sure to tell all of my friends

TERRIBLE experience!!! Would not honor Local Flavor coupons, although there were NO exclusion dates, not listed on the website they require a special sock, only socks. Charge $ 3 extra for socks we had at home and would have brought if easily seen on the website. Unprofessional teens running the floor and front desk, large adults being allowed to jump and knock over small kids. Unclean, overall a terrible experience, I called customer service to tell them of our experiences and they denied responsibility, blaming Local Flavor for not writing what they told them to. Over crowded, understaffed, unprofessional. There are many other tramp parks in San Diego, AVOID Get Air Poway if you value your child’s safety and also a company that values customers and transparency.

Very clean. Super fun stuff. Manager and staff very kind and helpful helping us to understand rules and not rude about it like some other places we have been. Definitely would return! Great massage chairs for the parents too.

We just had my daughter’s (Madison) 3^rd bday here and booked the banquet room. We really liked that we had the flexibility of having guests lounge at the room and kids go wild at the trampoline park. Today was a crazy busy Saturday with multiple parties, packed parking lots, and up beat trampoline park. The staff were very helpful and made sure everything was going well. Our daughter had a blast at this venue it was very lively! Even though we were very happy with accommodations I do have a single suggestion. Its to find a check-​in process that is efficient and a website or server that has no delays in processing waivers. It looked like 60+ people standing at the front desk area waiting in a very long line, and I did have a few guests complain about this 15min process. Again thanks to the staff for making things go smooth Deb, Amanda, Christian, Miles, and everyone else. Good job! And also allowing Maddie additional jump time after her time-slot…meaning being lenient and not so strict about your services!

Very disappointed that this location didn’t offer a Black Friday discount. I was also very disappointed that everyone is now required to buy socks for $ 2.75. This is a total racket.
Kids seem to enjoy the place, though. I do like that they added a rock wall obstacle course and the big plastic balls that the kids get in.
Management should consider offering discounts, frequent visitor discount cards, etc.
*TIPS:
bring your own bottle of water because your kids will get thirsty
Fill out waivers ahead of time

Can’t say that I was the one actually using this place. Had my daughter’s birthday there. Her and her friends had a great time. They gave them a lot of jumping time then we went upstairs to a reserved room for the party. Their supplied pizza wasn’t the best, but then again what can you expect from a place like this for pizza? I do think they were a bit over priced though.

Turn on the Air Conditioner, please!
Came here a couple nights ago. I almost died of heat exhaustion because they had big fans in the ceiling but did not turn on the air conditioning. This was confirmed when I asked the girl at the front desk why it was so hot and she said that the manager sometimes turns off the air to save money… and its a heat wave here in San Diego…
Another complaint is that the concessions are incorrectly advertised. On the vending machine it is clearly marked that all drinks are $ 2.00. When I put two dollar bills in the machine it asked for $ 2.50. I showed another girl at the front the mistake in the displayed prices and rather than give me the displayed price, she charged me the full $ 2.50 plus tax. It seems minor but customers should not be charged for an establishment’s mistake in advertising. It definitely left a bad impression on me.
Poor management, will not return to this location given that there are other trampoline parks in town.

You now have to buy their grippy socks. This was not necessary last time I was here. While this was irritating they were out of half of the sizes, having only small and extra large. They made me buy the wrong size that 4 out if 5 kids would never wear again. We were already looking at spending $ 100 for 90 minutes on a weekday! The manager (who was not wearing a name tag) was rude. I asked to talk to the manager and she said she was the manager. She ended up whispered something to the effect of I am not dealing with her to the cashier as she whipped her hair around and left. Then as I am still standing there she went to talk to another lady who the cashier said was the park manager. I asked to speek to her (she was 8 feet away) and I’d have to leave a number for her to call me back. I asked to wait and was told ok then w/​o any attempt to let her know I was waiting to speek to her I was told she was too busy to talk to me!
The rude manager came back and said they would swap out the sicks for the right size at a later date. I live 25 mins away and this was to be a treat for my kids and their cousisns. I eneded up just buying an hour of time and we will not be back again.

Place is awesome! Took a few minutes to get the waiver completed but it was easy, necessary and to be expected.
Awesome facility, great fun for family and friends when they visit from out of state!

Interesting experience to say the least! We have been here several times. Today was our last. They used to have comfortable couches for parents to sit in. Now they have been replaced with plastic folding chairs.
They put massage chairs where the couches used to sit. Of couse there’s a fee for that. If you sit in the chair without paying. It beeps continuously. Sox… you now have to buy their Sox before jumping!
I posted my concern on their fb page… it was removed within 2 minutes! So I added a review in which they can’t remove.
Then the unthinkable happens!
Three parents sitting in massage chairs… none of us paying. BRIANNA an employee with an attitude approached me. She told me… and me ONLY. that I had to get up from the chair. I could no longer sit there.
I said… I’ve been sitting here for the last 40 minutes you’ve passed by several times. Why do I have to get up now. She said. I let it slide… but now I’m telling you… you hv to get up and move. REALLY??? 3 parents sitting unpaid. She chooses the Afican American woman and tells her she has to move. But the 2 non paying Caucasian parents are fine to remain sitting there! Lol!
OMG! Hilarious! It was a nice try BRIANNA. I told her… I’m fine hun thanks… and went back to reading my book.
Perfect example of dollar smart penny stupid!
Lets make more money on the front end by nickel and diming parents once they get in the door. And lose it on the back end due to employee stupidity. You still have alot to learn BRI!
PS: I also paid CASH and they gave me no receipt. Lots of «under the table» income I guess.

Having been to many of the other parks, Sky High etc, I really enjoyed this place. It was a bit crowded but then again, it was a Friday night during summer.
The layout wasn’t as great as others. It does have that «skate park» feel though which is cool if you like bouncing from one element to the next. One thing that I miss is having a huge layout of the flat trampolines all hooked together like Sky High Has.
Nice facility, clean and tons of happy faces. We’ve been here several times. The kids love the place and it’s «hidden» exercise for them… and me too! Try the week day evenings for a nicer pace and smaller crowd. They’re always running groupon deals, too so be on the lookout.

The two stars are pretty much for the good wi fi, so I could work while the kids jumped. The rest was a big thumbs down.
When you have a 7 and 10 year old, you see a lot of trampoline parks. This one wasted a lot of my time and money, and will not be visited again.
Caveat– the Vista Get Air is really great. Seems like it’s under different management.
I brought a group of kids during spring break and the first thing that struck me was the hugely long lines. I’ve never seen anything like it! It took us almost 30 minutes to get through the line. They had only two people working the registers. There were «birthday party» check in registers to the side with someone standing there but doing nothing to help take overflow people. There was a manager-​type-​looking woman there but she was doing nothing to help expedite the line. As you can imagine, all the kids waiting to jump were losing their MINDS. It was mayhem. It was the gates of Hell.
When we finally did reach the holy grail of the check in, we were told that all in our party needed to by the special grippy socks. Now, mind you, we have about 10 pairs of these left over from birthday parties at home but didn’t know to bring them — to the tune of 2.75 per kid. This felt like a big scam to me. By this time I was mad.
Once they started jumping, we noticed that a large section of the floor was blocked off with cheap yellow caution tape. This happened to be half of the foam pits, and the kids were understandably losing it again because if it’s one thing they love, it’s foam pits. Grrrr.
So I really enjoyed the free wi fi, as mentioned. Other than that, save your time and money and take your grippy socks to the Vista one.

We brought our son and his brother here on his birthday, and they loved it! The place is very open and there are a lot of cool things to do: foam pit, roads coarse, and tons of trampolines.
After the one hour jump session, they were dead tired! Thanks, get air :)

My daughter is 2 and we were here for a birthday party. I can only review in regards to the party experience we had and it was pretty good. My daughter being only 2 was limited to only the small kid area which was fine by me, it was fenced in and didn’t have anything that seemed too daring for her to do. With kids jumping around and running there’s bound to be some bumps amongst the kiddos, so I do think it’s important to have supervision over the kids, especially in this age range. All the kids were having fun and I was glad to see my daughter playing and having fun.
Private dining area upstairs for parties were spacious and had plenty of seating. There were some rooms that also had electronic floors that the kids got to play in as well, this helped get the kids from the trampoline area with giving them something to do in the dining area.
Overall okay, not sure how their memberships work, but for parties it was pretty cool!

Never again!!! They had a coupon for $ 8 for open air jump valid on Wednesday and Thursday only from 10 to 5 which expired at the end of the month. So I take a long lunch to treat my son and his friend. Lo and behold they are not honoring it since it is President’s week. The coupon says nothing regarding this. Now I don’t mind paying full price, but this is just a douche move. Not to mention that the attendant was just rude about it. He could have easily honored it without anyone being the wiser.
On the plus side I did discover Lighting Brewery close by while they were jumping. I expect that review will be much better.

My child has been here a few times with friends. She competes in tumbling and is very competent on the trampolines. This time I came and actually stayed to watch.
I am horrified at the complete lack of safety. I have seen three collisions in under 5 minutes. This place is an emergency room visit waiting to happen! Kids run randomly through the tracks while a child is in mid-​flip. The «referee» is nowhere to be seen. There is at most two in the entire place and not doing anything except making sure they have the correct time wrist band. Does this place have any safety rules??? Extremely scary!!! Very surprised they are still in business and haven’t been sued.
