Check ‘n Go

I had a large sum check that I needed to load on my debit card, which upon my arrival to Check ‘n Go, it was more than the limit allowed — for the day! I really appreciated the teamwork of Cordell and Cindy to make it happen. Instead of turning me away and telling me that they would not be able to help me, they accepted the challenge and worked together until they came up with a solution, and made it possible for me to receive my money. Cordell made it his personal mission to provide excellent customer service. His exact words «We do what we need to do make our customer happy.» Once the transaction was made, Cordell and Cindy were both apologetic for the length of time and Cordell noticed that I was not bothered by the wait. He said, «The look on your face says it all.» My service with this Check ‘n Go location has always been a great experience, but this visit was by far the BEST! Thanks again Cordell and Cindy — my bills are getting paid!
