I have eaten here in the past, usually going to the drive-​thru and then eating behind the restaurant in the parking lot in the evenings. I now avoid this because the lot has gone so dark that it’s creepy.
I think maybe the back lot overhead light (which used to provide adequate illumination) has simply burned out and been ignored.
It would be great if they could just fix it!
Any effort whatsoever would be appreciate!

Food is exactly what you’d expect. I hadn’t been into a burger king in more years than I can remember but waiting for my oil change and it being next door I figured why not. The breakfast food was fine and I still am a fan of the tater tot like hash brown discs compared to other establishment’s bigger versions. So why the lower then average review? In a word: Cleanliness. The place looks spiffy enough. Not too aged in its décor or anything but upon sitting down I noticed spots of sticky, greasy smears. Kinda everywhere. There were uncleaned wrappers on another table. It was not a busy morning. There were two other patrons there with me. It should have been attended to better.

Food is nasty. Even if the parking lot wasn’t an empty football field of wasted, terminally empty pavement, no amount of décor could compensate for this vacuous hole of dietary misery.

Been here 3 times… This place needs to start sending out fresh food. Every time I’ve been the food has been old. The chicken fries I just ordered are disgustingly old. They were not even warm. I’m calling the HQ.

Seems to be hit and miss. They don’t always stay open as late as their hours say, and the food isn’t always fresh. We always have a good experience when we go inside but the drive-​through is slow and orders aren’t always right. But it’s burger king, so if you’re craving a whopper they have what you need.

I had to ask the guy 4 times for my receipt. I was in the drive thru and waited almost 5 minutes with nobody responding at the intercom and they were really slow to get my order, the order was of course wrong which I didn’t notice til I got back to work (on a lunch break). They weren’t even busy so I don’t know what their problem is. Someone fire that guy please. His name ok the receipt says Yolanda and he wasn’t wearing a name tag. Won’t ever be going back there.

Went through the drive-​thru today for an after school snack and ordered 3 cheeseburgers and other food. Checked the bag before I drove off and the wrappers said cheeseburger on it. But when we got home and opened them up… they were all 3 hamburgers! My boys were not happy. Plus I paid for the wrong burgers!!! What’s also upsetting is that I called the shop to speak to a manager, just to let them know that the mistake could be made again with other costumers… assuming that there might have been a new employee and got the wrappers wrong… but the phone number on Unilocal and on their website is no longer in service… wth!!! Good service… but, come on!!! Get it together!!!

This Burger King used to overall suck (2star), but over the past year it has significantly improved food quality, accuracy and speed. Improvement has been consistent so they can say they proudly earned the 4 star rating.

same old burger king. I haven’t been here in almost two years just needed to grab something quick before a meeting and came across good old burger king from my Midwest days. Decided to go through the drive through. I noticed the whopper Jr is definately smaller and the fries are completely different from 2 years ago. it was so so not great not terrible. never been to this location truely no different than any other.

I order thru the drive thru… I got some value menu food. And like a bad customer I add something else at the window. ERiCK really friendly and polite told me that it was no problem for him to add my drink. He was multi-​tasking awesome job. Im giving them 4 stars because the person that gave me the order wasn’t that nice. THANK YOU ERICK FOR THE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. :)

Staff is always appearing miserable and they have do not have proper customer service training. They have even locked their doors during business hours with NO signs stating that they’d be closed. Then just stood and watched me as I attempted to open two doors. Very disappointing!

Went back to the same BK again. Again for their 2 for $ 5 promotion. This time I got a whopper and a fish burger. They were both good.
Having seen this whopper, I realized this was much bigger than the Whopper my husband had at our last visit. Then I began to question/​suspect we were given a junior whopper last time.

This store is filthy dirty and service took way too long as my auto was the only one in the parking lot. Just a few in the drive through. My Pulled Pork Sandwich was burned and made incorrect THREE times. The management does not care or have to knowledge to manage a BK. The new fries are very good, but it’s not worth aggravation of poor service, incorrectly prepared food and a dirty BK.

Used to go to Burger King for whopper wednesday often. Now that I live in Poway this location is the nearest one to me.
Arrived there, the parking lot was empty (not even employees cars)
We ordered our food, it didn’t take long for our order to be ready.
Our order was wrong. Get out! How do you mess up the only order you probably had in hours.
Definitely will not go back to this location.
What a shame goodbye whopper wednesday.

EVERYTIME I go to this BK they are not open! I like to go on Sat & Sun on my way to the dog park. they are suppose to open at 7.today.it was 7:10am and the parking lot was EMPTY, full of garbage, and just DISGUSTING. kinda glad they weren’t open b/​c they probably didn’t clean the kitchen from the night before either.
Read the reviews. this seems to be an ongoing issue w/​this BK, maybe they should just close it down since no one wants to come to work there anyways!!! GROSSSSSSSS!!!

Review of the new Stuffed Cheddar and Jalapeño burger.
When I read an article about this new burger I hearkened back to my childhood when my parents would buy cheese filled hot dogs. Would it work for burgers as it did for Hotdogs?
When you lift up the bun you do see plenty of pieces of Jalapeño in the meat. That’s more than just window dressing and you can definitely taste heat in every bite. The savory mushroom sauce on top really tied all of the flavors together nicely.
The beef was chewy though, and the fake smoke flavor was a bit too powerful. I really don’t care for those messy crumbs on top of the bun either.
In the end it was worth my time tying one of these stuffed burgers out. Good job King, now you just need to hire yourself some new staff at this location. They are weird and terribly inefficient.
