For over twenty years R.H.Koller has specialized in the Hand Washing of Oriental and Area Rugs as well as In-​Home Carpet Steam Cleaning. We offer repair and appraisal services and custom cut rug pads for all surfaces. We also prepare rugs for long term storage at your or our facility. Pick up and Delivery service for the greater Kitsap, Jefferson and King County areas is available.

Business Owner

Ron and Heidi have lived on Bainbridge Island for over 20 years and have always had a passion for what they do. Together, they have been helping their neighbors on Bainbridge and throughout the Olympic Peninsula keep their rugs and carpets in excellent condition. Ron and Heidi have a son and a daughter, who have both started their own life adventures, as well as two kitties and a very sweet German Shepherd that you can see hanging out at the shop, named Mojo.

Friends of the Farms loves RH Koller! Ron and Heide donated their valuable time and expertise to Friends of the Farms. They clean the carpets in the Historic Suyematsu farmhouse that we use for farm interns and new farmers who receive scholarships to live there while they learn to farm. Just like he treats his customers, Ron treated the carpets with care. Thank you Ron and Heide for your humanitarian efforts to make a difference!

Koller offers every reason to call a local business. My multiple experiences have been outstanding every time. In addition to the immediate turnaround, their advice prior to service was very candid and costs were VERY competitive. I have confidently requested their service for both a very expensive oriental rug and an inexpensive remnant. In both cases the finished product looked amazing. They are polite and a treat to have in my home… anytime!

R.H. Koller has cleaned the carpets at my Bainbridge Isl. retail store for the last 4 years. Ron is on time everytime — If he says he’ll be there at 5 — he’s there at 4:55. He’s also willing to come in after regular store hours — this is huge for us — we don’t lose any business! We have people spilling food and drinks in our store occasionally but when R.H. Koller hits those stains with some magic cleaning solution, hot steamy water and vacuum suction those stains just disappear. I’d recommend him to anyone. Also of note these guys also hand wash and repair or restore oriental, designer or custom rugs

Ron has been cleaning my carpets for about 15 years; twice a year. He’s reliable, friendly and always does his job efficiently. I’ve got a slew of animals; after he’s here, my carpets look and smell new again. I find his prices to be very reasonable. Ron and his wife Heidi are hard-​working. Hire them!

I have several oriental wool rugs that I have taken to RH Koller for the past couple of years. I have never been disappointed. They do an excellent job and seem to really know their stuff! The last time I dropped my rugs off, I was leaving town and was hoping to get my rugs back before I left. They not only got them finished before I left, but even brought them by for me as a favor. Excellent service, I highly recommend them!
