Can I do ZERO stars?!? Dear government worker: if you don’t like being around people then WRONG PLACE TO WORK! Just was treated so horribly by some sad little man that clearly hates his life. Walked out crying I was treated so badly. It IS empty but I wonder why? They scowl at everyone and talk to you like you’re an idiot. Id rather wait in looong lines in Seattle with humans than go to this DISGUSTING loserville ever again

Visited this branch at 11am on a Friday and loved that there was hardly a line. Took me only 10 mins to get my driver’s license. Staff was efficient, courteous and warm. I actually left the branch happy. How unexpected for a visit to the DMV!

Imagine a Dept. of Licensing where the staff is friendly, smiley and even giggle a little. You can’t can you? Well, then you should stop by the Poulsbo, Wa branch. I had to go there to complete a road test after a 6 month suspension from driving due to a medical reason. They were so patient and understanding. My drive instructor was calm and very personable. A welcome change to the usual treatment when you visit a DMV. 5 well earned stars!

Poulsbo DOL rocks. The tstaff are extremely friendly and kind and the waiting time was a whole 2 minutes. Give Bremerton a miss and come here!

Port Orchard, WA
No one likes having to go to the DoL but if you live in Kitsap, this is the one to go to. Unlike the Bremerton office, it is clean, friendly and efficient. I was there no longer than half an hour altogether. The guy behind the counter was very friendly and funny and made it as enjoyable an experience as one can expect from renewing your license.
Seriously, I was expecting a hair-​pulling show of «government efficiency» and ended up with a pleasant morning and a few laughs. Can’t beat that!
