As well, having an owner that grew up on Bainbridge Island and having lived in Kitsap County for 50 plus years, we are aware of the communities needs .,. we are home grown!

Kenneth C.

Business Owner

KEN HOWLETT, Owner /​General Contractor, graduated a dissertation from a doctorate in Classical Music from Northwestern University. While pursuing a career as a professional trombone player, Ken did side jobs as a carpenter. After leaving the music industry he went into construction full time and now has 40 plus years in the construction industry. His first love was in custom woodworking (cabinets, trim, stairs) but the quality of construction in the houses he was hired to «finish» did not meet the standard he felt customers deserved … so he turned to General Contracting. Ken has a full mill shop and keeps much of the work in-​house, and consistently hires the same Subcontractor’s so as to maintain the standard of excellence necessary for Coyote Hollow projects. Ken keeps current on all of the cutting edge construction products and is currently involved in building with ICF block (Insulated Concrete Form). As well, Ken current with State & Federal changes in Construction.
