slime of the slime in property management, dishonest, despicable, and disrespectful.

If I could give no stars I would. This is the worst company to deal with. They stole 25 $ from me claiming to run my credit for a background check. Except I have credit monitoring through my insurance company and it sends an alert to me anytime ANY activity happens involving my credit information. I received no alert. Yet they took my 25 $ and refuse to call me back. I have left numerous messages. The super of the building took my money and that same day the posting was gone. I feel like they had the place rented already and took my money to just to take it. What kind of low life scum bag people do that??? RIVER MANAGEMENT WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! don’t rent from these people. Avoid them at all cost.

River Management, now Associa is in my opinion, probably the worst property management company in the area. They «oversee» our town home development and we have had so many unpleasant and unethical things take place here under their «oversight.» We have had owners adding actual additions onto their townhouses which is clearly against the bylaws, others have added trees to obstruct neighbors’ views (also against the bylaws) and yet this management company has done nothing to address any of these glaring problems. They instead retaliate against homeowners who found fault with the management company by trying to add fees onto these homeowners just as an attempt to bully the people who objected to all of the problems here under River/Associa’s «Management.» I would stay far away from any communities or rental properties that they are involved with. They also make plenty of «mistakes» when collecting their payments and try to tell people who have paid that they still owe money. You need to stay on top of them. They are the worst.
