QB Collision

I just read the other review and could not be more surprised. I got into a very upsetting car accident with my brand new Honda. I brought my car there after hearing many people rave about them. Not only was the staff wonderful (they updated me about my car almost daily) I was so happy when I went to pick up my car today I almost cried. They did a beautiful job!!! I was so happy! I would never have known that my car had any damage to it and I went over it with a fine tooth comb! They also have a very open policy. I walk by he shop every day and would peer in to see how the car was coming along and more than once they waved me to come look. I loved how open they were. All in all I am a very satisfied customer. I hope i never need it again but if I do that will be my first stop!!!

If you have Geico for car insurance, this is where they will send you to get estimation and repair. Initially they were very friendly and gave me good impression by making life easy to get a rental car and quick paper work through Geico damage adjuster…
When I got the car back, the body work was pretty disappointing.
First, it had few bubbles on the clear coating surface and contamination under the clear coating… clearly visible with bare eyes.
Seconds, found a panel was not installed correctly, but was a easy fix with a screw.
Third, small part was missing a paint job and scratch was visible under the paint. Looks like it was not sanded properly. The paint part was taken care later, but they missed the scratch again…
If you want to save money and time with Geico, ye, this is the place to go, but if you want your car to look good as it was, I am not sure this is the place you want to go.
I like to give one star, but the office people were friendly, so i give two stars.
