Good stuff!
Found this place in #Yelp and was totally satisfied with the Spice of their spiciest wing sauce and Cajun Curly Fries!!!

Love chicken wings, they’re really good and you can get more than wings, you can get sandwiches and fries and cookies.

Food is still good but they have gotten too expensive and the portions get smaller and smaller. Not the same Planet Wings I remember when they opened. Spent $ 25 for two people and left hungry.

You would expect that the first aroma to greet you as you are walking into a restaurant is food, not bleach. Not exactly sure what was bleached because the whole establishment is filthy. The neon logo needs to be wiped down and it would be extremely nice if they would remove all of the fly carcasses from the window sills. The food is overpriced, but better than average. There is a Burger King down the road that you may prefer.

Ready for some good ol’ fashioned finger licking fun? These wings may make you downright pruney.
With 24 different flavors of crunchy deliciousness your tastebuds have their choice of a great midnight snack… or anytime snack. Today we sampled the zesty «Hot BBQ» and the sweet «Honey Mustard».
The Hot BBQ was not quite as hot as advertised. although we are in the northern part of the country so it may be hot to some. It’s tangy and slightly sweet with a little kick in your pants at the end.
The Honey Mustard is creamy and easy on the palette, enjoy it with a lite beer and some good conversation amongst friends… or the friendly hostess.

Chips and salsa = tasty. Help round out the experience with a crunch crunch crunch you’ll want to munch munch munch.
Get it dine in, delivery or Call Ahead pick up drive through. Warning: BYON (bring your own napkins because the ones they give are not big enough)
The price point pushed this 3 star taste to a 4 star review.
No dessert to entice. Do have a bar and TV’s
The size of the wings may remind you of chicken little, but the flavor — chicken big. So flap on over to planet wings and bring your appetite.

The food is okay at best. Wings are tasty, but they are often tiny little wings that look like they have come off a half dead malnourished chicken. Not good value for your money compared to other wing joints.
Fries are no good, pizza is no good, and anything else I’ve tried off their menu is more often a miss than a hit. Usually greasy, bland and unoriginal.
I’d give this place 2 stars (a little below average) if it wasn’t for their terrible customer service. They say to come by and pick up your order in 10 minutes, and I’ve ended up waiting 20 – 30 minutes because the staff can’t seem to account for their work load. Also had my order messed up more than once — wrong wing sauce, order one amount and get a different amount, etc. I’d complain in person, but whats the point? It’ll take em another 20 minutes to try and correct the problem.
I’m done going here or any Planet Wings, but one suggestion if you do order: Pay in cash. Don’t leave a credit card with them in case they botch your order up or keep you waiting too long so you can stiff em.

This particular location in Newburgh is the WORST … They hire the most rude most ignorant folks available. The girl who took my order was using her phone (she was on Facebook) and snapping her gum. Didn’t even look up to make eye contact. Shitty attitude, I asked her for my wings plain and the sauce on the side, this chick charges me for the sauce … This is my millionth bad experience. I’m done !

«Planet wings please hold *click*» what a way to answer your phone. ZERO regard for customer service. «Thank you for calling Planet Wings this is blah blah blah, can you hold please?» Your order WILL take forever to get there and your fries WILL be soggy. I’ve never seen a smaller cheese steak in my life. It’s the same price as the fair and ¼ the size. At least the girl that delivers for them is SUPER cute.

Quick service, decent food but always double check for hair in your meal. I don’t think the cooks wear hair nets.

Every single time I call this location to place an order, they are very rude. As I’m ordering, they rush me and never wait for me to finish ordering and I have to interrupt them. They are very unprofessional and have not the slightest inclination as to what good customer service is. This was most definitely my last time ordering from them.

Although it’s been a while since I’ve eaten here, the recent review by my good friend Willis W. (a fine, upstanding gentleman if there ever was one) brought back some memories. In fact, I pretty much have to echo his sentiments. The wings are alright… not the best I’ve had, but certainly not the worst. Generally small, but fried up decent. The sauces are the real attraction here, they have a great variety. Some of them are quite good… you could put them on cardboard and it would be yummy. The fries are disappointing, however… usually greasier than most fast food fries are. I like the crisp, not the grease. They have several locations (I’ve been to the Wappinger Falls one the most) that are all pretty much the same. Prices are good, and they have those value meal type deals, too.

Planet Wings royally screwed us over tonight. I do hope they fire the delivery driver that lied to them and said he called — you can check my phone logs, no incoming calls to my number. It should not take over 2.5 hours to try and resolve one tiny order — and then be promised a full refund only to be told well no the owner didn’t approve that, I am only a cashier I can’t offer that. Well you did offer that, and you promised to «make it right»; delivering my food 3+ hours after I placed my order — and offering to give me $ 10 off my next order isn’t «making it right». Extremely disappointed in your lack of service.
As the previous reviews have indicated, the food is decent enough. The sauce is good — but yes, by the time any of their food is delivery it is soggy and limp. Based on the severe lack of service and communication it will be a long time before I attempt to eat at your establishments again.

The wings are ok… not mindnumbingly fantastic but Anthony C. is right. They are SMALL and you have to get a decent amount just to curve that wing craving. The curly fries are overcooked about 50% of the time. The sauces are quite good though. They do make a decent taco and beef patty. Not much to really say about it…

It’s not bad. It’s good wings at a decent price and they deliver to my school. Planet wings has excellent wings, but are a bit puny. Regardless, it’s still delicious. My issue is, by the time my curly fries got delivered, they weren’t curly any more they were more like floppy, non-​erect soggy pieces of poop. But hey, the wings were good and they deliver to the CIA… that’s all that matters to me. So they had really good wings.

If you want Wings — this is the best place for the best variety. The burgers are big — almost too big for me. The tacos are OK but mine are better. The poppers are tasty but you shouldn’t eat too much fried food anyway. So my rating is only for the wings.
