As a former service writer and parts manager at a dealership I would avoid this place. I asked the service writer to rotate the tires on my AWD Ford Explorer the way I wanted and he said he would not and treated me like I was unknowledgeable about vehicles after I explained to him I was well aware of how tires wear. Now i will need to pay someone else to do what i wanted him to do. I would not recommend this place to anyone else.

My situation was satisfactorily resolved by customer service. Due to the resolution provided I would use the company’s service again.

Service was adequate. Location was clean. However, do not utilize their online booking. We requested an appointment online for a saturday morning appointment. We received 2 separate calls, confirming the date/​time. Upon showing up at our designated time, we were told they had no record of our appointment. After additional searching, they claimed to have found our reservation under a different day, not matching our printed reservation request form.
