This bookstore resides in one of the best buildings of one of the finest colleges in the U.S. So why did I give it one star? Because if you are late returning a rented textbook, they will immediately send your account to a creepy Florida law firm that specialises in debt collection.
I’m all for Barnes and Noble, that operates this bookstore, keeping themselvese in business when their competitors are sinking fast. But companies that decide to play rough with their customers, without a phone call or email about the issue, deserve what they get, and for next semester we’re going to
