Business Owner

Joseph E. O’Connor, Esq. resides in New Paltz, New York with his wife, Olana and newborn daughter, Sophia. With the exception of his schooling, he has lived in New York State his entire life. Joseph is a Partner in the law firm of Mainetti, Mainetti & O’Connor, P.C. and graduated from St. John’s Law School in 1996. In addition, he played football for Brown University as well as Golf.

Joseph is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, U.S. District Court Northern District of New York, U.S. District Court Eastern District of New York and U.S. District Court Southern District of New York.

During Law School he was employed by the NFL Management Council as a Legal Clerk. After law school, Joseph worked briefly in Kingston, New York at the law firm of Curran, Gruner & O’Connor. This firm engaged in general practice with an emphasis on Criminal Defense. After a short period as a solo practitioner in Kingston, Joseph joined Alfred B. Mainetti, Esq., and was introduced to the
