I will DEFINITELY be going back. Carol worked wonders on me. She is thorough and communicates well. The atmosphere is very calming and she could not be nicer. After she worked on my ancient knots I could move my neck twice as far in pretty much every direction, and felt generally better all over. She kept me posted about things she thought were unusually tight (muscles I didn’t know I had) as well as devoting a lot of time to the neck problem. Thank you Carol! Highly recommended!

Viki Bissinger is a lifesaver. I tweaked an old lower-​back injury in a BJJ class about midway through my vacation. After a few days, it didn’t seem to be getting better. (And driving for hours on end definitely does not help that sort of thing.) So, I started looking for a massage therapist to loosen up my clutching, twitching back muscles.
I found Massage Plus through good olé’ Unilocal.Carol returned my phone call about 20 minutes after I made it. She was booked that day and the next, and so she gave my Viki’s number. Viki had a free block of time the next day, so I jumped on it.
She did a spectacular job. When I came in, I could barely bend down to untie my shoes; when I left slightly over an hour later, I had no problem with that particular chore – or several others that had been plaguing me.
Viki pointed out the particular muscles that were acting up and gave me some stretches and exercises to do during my trip and some suggestions for fixing myself up when I got home. Above and beyond the pain relief, the massage left me feeling relaxed and refreshed too.
If I come back to the Poughkeepsie area again, I will definitely make sure to make an appointment with Viki.
