I went here on a limb & for a complete change ! I told the man at the counter I wanted somebody young but experienced. He called up Hannah. I came in looking for an ombré and a haircut called a lob. She gave me an ombré that came out better then i could ever imagine! it blended perfectly and was the perfect color. she also gave me a ’ lob’ a longer bob. She knew what i was talking about when i said lob so that’s a plus. It was great ! she was so fun to talk to and knew what she was doing. I would definitely recommend her ! she is friendly and a great hairdresser !

I recently moved to White Plains and I still drive to this salon to get my haircuts. Connie is my go to person. She listens to what you want and gets it right! Highly recommended.

Worst freaking place ever! They cut your hair based off of what they think is «sexy». Then at that, do not even cut it well… And what I mean is terribly! Cut off parts of my hair that I didn’t want cut (6 months down the drain), styled it completely wrong, cut it the wrong length. Need I go on? Forget this place!

DO NOT GO TO VERONICA! It is sad that I’ve been going to this salon for over 5 years twice a week for the cost of $ 40 to $ 160 plus Veronica’s cash tip (ranging from $ 10 through $ 20 OR MORE each visit in addition to having her come to my home on her days off to do my hair — I would give her $ 50 cash or more, picked her up from her home and drove her back).
My stylist WAS Veronica. Six months ago she chucked my hair only to see it break while she washed it. I always said to anyone and everyone just how much I TRUSTED Veronica and have sent her clients throughout the YEARS. However, I gave her a break six months ago and she gave me a lame story that it was all my surgeries that was causing my hair to break. Bull s!#=_!!! My doctor confirmed yesterday that she had severally caused a burn to my scalp. PICTURES WILL BE ATTACHED OF MY HAIR BREAK ING AND NUMEROUS TOWELS RUINED TWO TOWELS $ 45 each.
When she chunked my hair again just about a month ago, my HAIR AGAIN BEGAN TO BREAK WHILE IN THE SINK. VERONICA BLAMED ANESTHESIA WAS STILL IN MY SYSTEM FROM MARCH, 2014 (IMPOSSIBLE). WHEN I TEXTED HER WITH PHOTOS SHE WAS RUDE AND UNACCEPTABLY UNPROFESSIONAL. … The problem with her ALWAYS is that she is texting CONSTANTLY, which I never cared … UNTIL IT EFFECTED HER SERVICED DIRECTLY ONTO ME.

A while back, I stopped in and got an awesome color/​cut with Luli. She did a great job, so I made an appointment to come from quite a distance to get my hair done by her again.
I guess second time’s the charm for pushy, intrusive questions. Last time I was here I was left in peace to peruse the web on my phone and left very happy. This time I was bombarded first with the garden variety nosy questions like where I work, if I’m married, where my husband works, if I have kids, etc.
And then it got really personal. Why don’t I have kids, and could I please share what my medical conditions are? Seriously? Not even the census or a job application gets that up in people’s business. I felt like I was being interrogated, and my obvious discomfort at the intrusiveness was totally ignored.
So in essence, if you want a good haircut and don’t mind being pressured to share your personal business with a complete stranger, this is the place for you. If you want a relaxing, peaceful service in a comfortable environment where privacy is respected, then this certainly isn’t.

I got a phone call last night and I have to go and be in the city (NYC) Monday at 8 AM so being so unplanned I needed a haircut fast.
I tried to make an appointment at several other high end hair places but nobody could accommodate me on such short notice so I had to go with a «walk in» place.
I was planing for Super Cuts but the Mall happened to be closer so I went in and chose C&C unisex hair design.
I am always in a rush so I always prefer not to shampoo or style unless I’m going somewhere after the cut.
Melissa was my hairdresser this time and she did a good job. I showed her a photo and told her to do her best. I’m usually not picky as long as you do what the picture shows. She made me accept the blow dry because she said she likes to cut on dry hair also and wants to see how it looks yadda yadda. I said okay just because I don’t like to be a B*#^% and she also said she will be quick. She was pretty fast, she did what I wanted and she did it very well. She also waxed my eyebrows and it was a job well done.
I will probably go back to her next time because I see no reason not too. Oh, and all this it cost me $ 28 (cut and eyebrows) plus the tip, of course. So… This place is what I love. Fast, no frills and big.

This place is more about raking in the cash then styling and cutting hair. I wouldn’t go here if you want something special done go elsewhere. I always end up getting the basic cut. I end up trimming my bangs looking in the mirror when I go home because they always end up uneven after getting my haircut from this establishment. The guy at the counter has an attitude problem. Maybe he should find another job… if he doesn’t like working with people.
