I’ve gone to this nail salon plenty of times and have never had a problem. The last time I went there which was a week ago, the woman that did my nails, did an okay job. First I wanted green and she told me that the color wasn’t going to work, so we decided to just do a french manicure with the gel. I didn’t have a problem til she didn’t fully take the green off so I still had some on and under my nail but I left it alone. A couple days later, they started chipping and cracking. With how many times I’ve had gel on my real nails, I’ve never had that happen. I work 2 jobs so it’s not always easy to be able to run there. When I had some time, I went there and the woman told me that they didn’t have enough time to fix them and to come back tomorrow. When I went back today, I sat there for a half hour before she even acknowledged me. I sat down in the seat and started talking to her about what happened. She tried to tell me that i hit my nails too hard on the counter, which is bull bc i never do. She then tells me that there is nothing that she can do besides cut my nails down. I have NEVER heard any one of these salons tell you that they can’t do anything about it when it hasn’t even been 2 weeks yet. I will never recommend this place to anyone! Horrible job on nails now, and the staff sucks! They are over priced and don’t deserve people to still go there if they can’t treat a customer right. I did see someone said they are under new management, so whoever owns this place now so really watch it before they lose all their customers!

Beware. Under new ownership(and not in a good way). This is no longer the pleasant, family run salon that it was. I was worried when Tony said he was selling and I was right to worry. Some staff stayed but the«new person» is always on her cell phone, even when she’s working on you! Obviously, the clients aren’t the priority. Just find a new place, like I will.
