I used the online reservation on the same website that provides their phone number. Then when I call to figure out why a cab hasn’t picked me up, they tell me there is no online reservation. Are they serious? They then give me some crap about how I must have accidentally called another cab company. Perhaps theyyy should become familiar with their own website and remove the feature if they don’t intend on using it! Do not use this company!!!

HORRIBLE!!! Lost prepaid order, showed up 1.5 hours late. Still in escalation process, waiting to speak with Sean, who is owner, after asking to speak with him last Thursday; today is Tuesday. BBB will be next on my list to contact. AVOID this place. Walk 20 miles instead, hitchhike, whatever– anything will be better than this pos.

Would rate them zero stars if I could. This place is the most unreliable, unprofessional taxi service I’ve ever seen… And normally I deal with NYC taxis… If you have any other choice of transportation to use, do it!!! Trust me!!!

Unreliable. Called at 9:03, had to give them directions to where we were at, got quoted 15 – 20 minutes. It’s 35 minutes later, and so we’ve missed our train. Called again to check on status, and it’s another 15 – 20 minutes. They could’ve just said that the first time and we would have figured something else out. Amateurs.

Very prompt service, went about 3 miles and was charged $ 11.00 for 2 adults and 2 kids. No meter, sttandard local fares. Seat belts did not all work. Car was very musty smelling and seemed dirty. Did not request receipt after driver hacked into his hand. I know this is kind of standard for taxis but this was pretty bad.
