History
Established in 2010.
It’s been a one man side business, taking in people’s computer issues and giving them an answer and solution to their problem, to where they don’t have the issue anymore. This has included: loose connections (where others have said failing hard drive), RAM installations, virus removal, windows configurations and complete system rebuilds and formats.
The operation is small and believes in giving the user the information necessary to keep their machine running hassle free while maintaining a level of comfortable security.
Due to the down to earth, every day Joe and metaphor attitude, people come back because they understand the problem from a stand point that they can relate to and can ask questions without the worry of being insulted or looked down upon. They have an ear to tell their issue to without being judged.
