I repeatedly have problems with this office. If you decide to rent from them: 1) check the fuel level vs what is on your receipt; 2) check the mileage level vs what is on your receipt 3) check the vehicle for damage or missing equipment; ask for an inspection if you don’t get one, else you are responsible for damage 4) check the check-out time on your receipt since that drives the check-in time requirement 5) be prepared for ill-prepared car — dirty inside or out 6) check fluid levels especially in winter to make sure you have enough washer fluid. I have had issues with all of these things. Current staff is polite.
