Am I seriously the first to review this place? Yikes, whats up with that? Let me start that in general I am pleased with the Carter’s clothing brand. They are made well and are true to size. The clothes are cute and there is always a wide variety from ruff-and-ready play wear to girly girl dresses and handsome man outfits for boys. I am lucky to have a friend who lives at this way, so we meet at the Philadelphia Outlets to shop, chat and let the kiddos play. Carter’s is always on our must-stop-at list. This Carters has a huge selection of clothes, accessories and even some toys. They have almost always had the size I need for my daughter. However, there has been the occasion that I have asked an employee for a size that that is not stocked on the floor. When I ask if they possibly have the size I need in the back I always get a flat out response«NO» and never an offer to see if another store has it. I find it curious that no one has even tried to see if they have additional stock of an item in backstock? Another issue I have is that this place is a bit cramped(the flip side to being well stocked I guess) so its difficult to maneuver a stroller — which is odd because they exclusively sell baby — preschool sized clothing. They have sales often, so the clothes are a good deal for the quality when they do.
