Bath & Body Works

A large outlet store. Went in search of their Aromatherapy Line. Sadly, the scents I wanted were sold out. Yes, they were offering a great sale but Boo, only one scent left. That’s why I gave ‘em 3 stars instead of 4.
The rest of the store was clean and the displays were full. I also liked that all their special sales were marked with large, easy to read signage. I hate the ones that tell you in small print ‘buy twelve, spin in a circle clockwise and then you will get our free lip gloss’. As if!
I also appreciated this team of sales staff, friendly upon my arrival but did not stalk my every step within the store. Been to other BBW stores and thought I had a new shadow. (Don’t think I looked sketchy that day?)

I came in here with a purpose. To look for my (unfortunately) discontinued scent.
Since all the misfit fragrances seem to congregate here in their outlet store, I took a chance that my beloved scent would have ended up here with the others. And sure enough I was right.
The employee that helped me find it was very nice, pointing out the shelves it was on and telling me it was 75% off.
I’m a lot more optimistic about Bath and Body Works (or B&BW) now! Haha.
