The Potrero branch of the San Diego County Library system is in a rural area approximately five miles from the Mexico border near Tecate, USA/Mexico. It’s current building will be 10 years old on March 10th, 2011. Small but cozy, it has WiFi, 8 computers, an excellent and friendly staff, a community room and supports the elementary school next door.
