Was brought here after a hike and was thrilled to find a darker timber lined ambiance, delicious food and drink! Has an IPA and a burger though I don’t remember the names of either. The burger was double decker, cooked to perfection and utterly delicious. If i. liced in this area I’d be back frequently!

So good! We got the bbd burger and brisket sandwich! We also enjoyed the appetizer I can’t quite remember the name but it was fries with chorizo and a sunny egg so good!!! We plan on making the place our monthly date place!

It’s decent food. I think my wife liked it more than I did. The brisket sandwich was pretty good, although the slaw made it almost a little too sweet. And the meat wasn’t as tender as I’ve had other places. They piled it so high that I had to eat it with a fork. Also their homemade ketchup tasted like tomato paste. But my wife loved her fish tacos. And the fries have really good seasoning. For me, it’s a «meh» place. If I lived closer I might go more often, but it’s far enough away that I probably won’t be back.

I love this place! I have eaten here several times and have not been disappointed! Tonight I had the Cobb salad and it was amazing. My husband had a burger and enjoyed it down to the last bite.

Our family had dinner here on Saturday night. We were all very pleased with our selections. Our waiter was friendly and efficient, and gave us good advice on menu selections. My son and husband each had a pizza with plenty left over and my MIL and I had the brisket sandwich. I thought the BBQ sauce was tangy and really enjoyed the brocolislaw that was on the sandwich. Brisket was tender. It’s a little pricey, but not over the top.

The ambiance here is definitely neat! The Gouda sandwich I tried was okay, but the tomato bisque dipping sauce with it was amazing! My husband had a burger and it was also just okay. There were other things on the menu that sounded good too, so we’ll definitely be back to try those. We did like that they had the hockey games on too.

From plenty of parking to being met at the door with a friendly, cheer filled greeting, to our waitress answering lots of questions and giving helpful suggestions. She also apologized that they had redone the menu but forgotten to update the menu on the website. An item we had seen and thought we might try was their St Loise Asian Ribs, which they no longer offer. She said they would be sure to make that change. All four of us were impressed with the flavor and quality of our meals. Pictured here are the BBQ Roadhouse Pizza, good but the sauce was sweet. My hubby and I prefer smoky or savory BBQ sauces. Asiacana Tacos, delicious but a little spicier then dads taste buds prefer with the wasabi crime. May I suggest the wait person be sure the guests ordering this realize it is warm. Now perfection was what my mom and I both chose off of the fresh sheet specials. The French Cut Pork Chop was nice and thick juicy chop; Placed on a buttery pile of delicious mashed potatoes seated next to lightly sweetened cinnamon apple chutney. And the grand finale folks was supreme. The gluten free Chocolate Torte topped with a White Chocolate Peppermint Ganache. Oh my gosh! Fabulous finisher for sure!

Too fancy for a red neck from Idaho, small portions just so so. Nice wait staff, unlikely to come back it’s a food issue not staff issue.

YUM! The Pollo sandwich is awesome! It was a good sized sandwich, a little bit messy… but so worth it! The Caesar side salad came with this big, buttery, garlic bread. It was so good. Really nice restaurant, clean, well taken care of. Attentive and friendly staff. Good portion sizes. Menu ranged from about $ 12-$ 30.

My boyfriend and I went into Timber on Halloween for dinner. Everyone was dressed up which was fun, however the hostesses were awfully catty and giggly with one another over me being dressed up as well.(I was wearing cat ears and face makeup from work earlier in the day) Our server was alright but she lacked personality, I somehow had more energy and spoke in more friendly tone after waking up at 4am and working a 12hr day. The food was average, I was expecting more. My boyfriend ordered the brisket sandwich and he liked it but said he’s had better ones at other restaurants. I had the mahi mahi fish and fries and the portion was perfect but the fish could have used more seasoning. The batter was a little bland in my opinion. We shared the duck quesadilla appetizer and the Brie was delicious and creamy as it should be but it overpowered along with big chunks of caramelized onions; so the duck just got lost in the other flavors and you couldn’t taste any. If we come into a dinner predicament, we may be back. I wasn’t impressed enough to make it a priority to return and it wouldn’t be one of the first restaurants I’d recommend for my friends and family to try.

Awesome atmosphere, great fast service, good food, good prices. I read some of the poor reviews and got worried. They spoke poorly of the duck, the carbonara pizza and the pork tacos. But I had the duck, the wife had the pizza, mom had the tacos. They were all delicious. The server was awesome, his name was Zach. Thanks for making our first time memorable. Awesome suggestions.

Let me start off by saying, that I really like the atmosphere here. I have been here once for lunch and once for dinner so far and both times, the service was friendly and prompt, even with one of the times being on a busy Friday night. The beer menu has something for everyone. On it’s face, the food menu, looks incredible and inspired. Both times,(once ordering a grilled cheese with a tomato bisque dipper and the other time, ordering pork tacos), the food was just okay. The second time we went, my husband couldn’t even remember what he had ordered the first time, so it wasn’t a memorable food adventure for him either. The food has come out, just slightly warmer than room temp and with only enough flavor, to get by. However, even with that being said, if friends want to go out and they pick Timber, I would still be happy to go.

Love this place! You can always count on consistent service and food. Plus everything has a twist. I didn’t dare try anything fattening but I was able to find plenty of healthy options. In addition… I’m a gluten lover. So when I saw the tacos were corn I was a little sad. Best corn tacos I’ve ever had!!! And they were homemade. Stop by and give these guys your business. You can tell they love what they do. And give a shoutout to Hunter!

Absolutely amazing. We brought the whole family kids, Grandma, husband and all and everyone’s food was unique and incredible. Even the pickiest child was impressed because of how beautiful and tasty the food is. The side salad that I got with my meal was so beautiful the pickled onions and rainbow carrots on top were amazing. The only complaint that I would have about this place is that I live in Spokane and there isn’t one nearby. But it’s worth the drive for this great food. We ordered the Oso bucco, two different kinds of hamburgers, and the Hawaiian ribs. I would recommend anything here.

Because summers in the greater Spokane/North Idaho areas are so beautiful, the first thing I should mention is that there is no patio here. In the summer, I many times pick where to dine based on food first and then how nice their patio is second, so not having one is unfortunate to me. Ok, now on to the good stuff. The service was excellent. The décor is a very cool woodsy theme with a modern twist. Now the food itself was hit and miss, but mostly a hit. We started with the chilaquiles fries as an appetizer which, well, was just okay. The flavors were pretty good but the fries themselves tasted like they were two days old. Way too hard. I figured we may have just gotten the end of a batch and possibly the fries are usually better, but then the fries that came out later with my burger were also hard and chewy. Maybe still the same batch? The appetizer also needed more of a sauce. There was nothing really binding all of the ingredients to the fries except for the yolk of the egg on top but that wasn’t enough. Aside from the appetizer, though, the rest of the meal was incredible. I ordered the steakhouse burger and it was so juicy and cheesy and my friend got the ossobuco which was the best I have had. Usually the menu says«fall of the bone» and you receive this meat that in no way budges, but this really was falling off the bone. So good! Even though my burger was delicious, I still had dinner envy. I know now to avoid the overcooked fries, but all in all this was a pretty great place and I’d return again.

Tried this place for the first time last night and I’m not all that impressed. The sandwiches are good, but avoid the pizza at all costs. First the good: The design is nice and I love that they care about the presentation of their food. Everything that came out looked great. My wife had the meatball sandwich and it was wonderful. It had great seasoning and spice and she was very happy with it. The fries that came with it also were very good, and I especially loved the seasonings they added to them. Now the bad: I ordered the carbonara pizza. When it arrived it looked fabulous. I love that they had two eggs sunny side up on top. But, when I took a bite, it was a complete sugar overload. I cannot believe how unbelievably sugary their crust is! It was like eating pizza toppings placed on a flattened doughnut, it was so sweet. I thought maybe I was just being picky that night, so I took home the leftovers and tried having them for lunch the next day. After one bite I threw the rest of it out. It is incredibly sugary. I know that many great pizza dough recipes call for sugar, and I’ve loved many of those crusts when I’ve had them, but this was completely over the top. Yuck.

we decided to haul the family of 8 for a taste of the new eatery in Post Falls. timber was able to have is seated in 10 minutes without any reservation. The restaurant is a far cry from the shitty cuisine that used to consume this building aka hot rod café. Interior has been gutted and replaced with a wood grain themed joint with modern and innovated design. Well done! The menu was varied, and plenty of mention of scratch made food. We tried a few entrees and would be happy to return. The Bangkok pizza was delightful with its combo of white meat chicken & shrimps without being rubbery or overcooked! The daily ground burgers were amazingly tasteful and wished I could taste them all in our first visit. I had the«run of the mill» burger and can’t say enough good things about this food. The pickles are house made, this is a nice touch. The only negative was the lackluster French fries. I’m not sure if they know they are serving flimsy, greasy fries but that’s what we received. I would ask for really crispy fries and see what comes out. Definitely an easy fix. Service was efficient and friendly. I will be back.
