History
Established in 2007.
In December 2007 Derek Fisher (native of Hampton Falls, who had just moved back from Atlanta, Ga.) Found that there was a lack of good chicken wings on the seacoast. He came across a small location in Portsmouth NH and the quest to bring good freshly made food and superb chicken wings to the area began. Since then he has created an audience of wing goers and foodies alike. As well as many interesting choices of sauce that are influenced form all over the world.

Derek Fisher started Wing-Itz in February 2007 at the age of twenty five. Determined to change the concept of chicken wings for the masses in New England forever. With over twenty hand crafted sauces and over thirty to choose from there is a choice for any pallet. Also Wing-Itz is the only Wing Butchery in the Northeast. At Wing-Itz they hand cut all of their wings and boneless daily making the wings here absolutely fresh everyday. The hand cut French fries are unique they take twenty four hours to prepare. Crispy on the outside soft on the inside. The way a fry should be!
