I called this store to special order a certain color of Hunter boots I was looking for and had already been turned away by other stores near me. The woman on the phone was very sweet and offered to call Hunter and ask about them, and the next morning we ordered the boots! This was after a store in VT gave me some song and dance about backorders and discontinued colors. About a week later they came in, and since I was unable to drive down and get them, they shipped them to me for a small fee the very same day. It seems like other reviews are more about selection– but I feel like these ladies will order you anything your heart desires to keep your business. The customer service was fantastic, thanks!

Really debating between two and three starts but the description for two stars, ‘Meh. I’ve experienced better” really sums up how I feel about this store. I found this store by looking up Longchamp retailers on the Longchamp website, so I was expecting to find a nice selection of Longchamp bags. Unfortunately, while they had some, they did not have very many, just one sad rack of them and mostly the smaller ones that I do not like. The ones they had in the larger sizes were summer colors that are now going out of season. I was hoping they’d have the bilberry color I was looking for in a larger bag but helas. The staff person there told me that they were out although they were expecting a delivery later in the week week. To her credit, she offered to let me purchase the bag and have them mail it to me, but not knowing anything about this store I decided I’d be better off ordering through the Longchamp website. I didn’t look too much at the shoes but they don’t have a lot to choose from. It’s a very small store.

A women’s shoe store. They have some flat shoes but as you’d expect from the name, most have heels. There are tons of silver and gold shoes so if that’s what you’ll like, don’t miss Stiletto.
It’s the kind of store that I’ll never understand. 3 stars because I don’t hold that against them but there’s nothing inside that I can see any point to.

Very upscale, nice place. I saw one pair in the store that I liked: Loren by Anyi Lu. Good selection: from stiletto super sexy to flat cute respectable. The store has handbags from Kate Spade, which I always get a kick out of. The shopkeeper was a little condescending when I walked in with my salt-​stained, worn out reeboks. It’s too bad everyone can’t have a pair like mine. She was just jealous.
