History

Established in 2006.

Back in 2006 Neoscope was founded on the principle for a different kind of IT solution other than the reactive «break/​fix» business model. We saw break/​fix IT as a solution that could never effectively and efficiently support all the needs of an organization. The reactive business model had no incentive to make technology systems better or take preventative measures to reduce IT risk. It was apparent to us that a centralized IT environment that was proactively monitored and maintained was essential for an IT provider to be in line with the goals of an organization.

We devised a proactive approach to IT based on a monthly flat-​rate model to reduce IT risks and drive down the cost of IT for both parties. Our model has also allowed us to seamlessly grow with our clients as projects are rolled out, expansions are made, and consulting is needed. We are client focused and technology driven and look forward to working with you.

Business Owner

After completing his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Keene State, Tim worked for several reactive IT companies and later assumed the role of IT Director of a non-​profit health center. This is where he first started formulating the proactive approach that would be the foundation for Neoscope’s approach to delivering its IT services by a true alignment with their customer’s business objectives.

Tim enjoys playing music with various bands, running, meditation, reading, snowboarding, boating, fishing and generally any outdoor activity.
